besides, why would I reveal now when there are no actual votes on me. I am trying to tell the town to look elsewhere because yeeting me could most certainly lead to town loss. Personally, I am at a place where I can win either way which I quite like

You are Judas.

Abilities


  • During the Day, you may vote for whomever you want eliminated.
  • If you are eliminated, the day will end but you will not die. Instead, you will become aligned with the Mafia. Once turned, the alignment change cannot be reversed, nor can you survive another elimination. As a mafia-aligned Judas, you do not have the ability to kill, nor may you communicate with any partners.

Win Condition


  • You win when there are no longer any threats to the Town and at least one Town-aligned player is still alive, or nothing can prevent the same.

Judas is aligned with town and that is what I chose as my alignment. Me choosing it means that I will convert from town -> mafia if yeeted.

Plus I would like to point out I revealed pretty early in the day KNOWING that my choice in role would stir up some debate. If I were scum, I would wait until a wagon had built on me and reveal at the last possible second to stir confusion.

Zenge I feel like you're having a different conversation than the rest of us

Yes judas can win with town, if alissa is telling the truth then obviously we don't kill her

The evaluation is whether she's telling the truth or not, not whether to kill her if we believe her

Given how I have been playing this game, the timing of my reveal, and the motivation for doing so, why would I have any reason to lie?

Apparently Judas as affiliation is when the role works as it does, not as ability.

Regardless, @alissa14 why not just claim that as your original affiliation then?

I felt that claiming Judas as affiliation would paint a target on my back to by NK'd by another faction
 
I really don't think it's worth our while to vote alissa today. I also don't know that getting too hung up on her is going to be super helpful bc it just gives scum a chance to fly under the radar even more.

I mean I think the argument that you felt compelled to reveal would be the answer here.

You didn't reveal out of the blue you felt pressure to reveal because you thought the vote would swing your way.

And if you were scum, then that's the reason for lying.

Not saying it was a lie, I'm ruminating. But either way this argument is Mooty Mooty Zon Zooty

I would like everyone to consider what benefit scum!alissa would have in revealing her role this early in the day. What benefit would it bring me to reveal before anyone even votes for me. I chose to reveal it since I landed back in people's POE to encourage them to look elsewhere.
 
Guys, I'm starting to get nervous about zenge. I still want to finish my apop iso but I'm starting to feel like I'm being misdirected. I don't want to vote out alissa. Kitz feels village derpclear noob. Clem is almost TWTBW. Rae is lovebird and I firmly believe she is village. I don't see why she would choose to loverize herself to me if she was scum.

How likely do you guys think it is that alissa is lying and we should vote her out anyways? Bc this seems like it's a bit out of left field to lie about.

I didn't quite think the vote would swing my way. But with the beans/rae lover thing, I didn't want town to get distracted by me

No.

I was highlighting bean's phrasing "I believe she's village" as off, because "belief" has nothing to do with it. Rae is required to be village at this point, there's no other possible reality.
 
Lowkey worried about apop but I think that's a "deal with it later" problem atp
