I'm tempted to go ahead and throw my vote on barks too even though it will bring us closer to hammer. I feel like we're not going to be able to move on until we've flipped her.
Also my village reads are voting there and I feel ok about them sooo...

We have "true" finals week next week, but we had two final exams between lecture days this week 🥲 so we're not out for good until the 18th, but we also don't go back until the second week of Jan

Well then I think I have a problem with the Barks vote.

Because assuming SAR is village and not aligned with Barks pack, then literally every single person in this game is okay with a Barks yeet (SAR being an unknown but if we assume village, then the argument is the same).

It gives me pause that not a single person is defending what could readily be described as low hanging fruit due to lack of activity. I did find Barks early scum read on Spurs to be genuine. It really looks like she came to a scum read there and pushed it, which reads more villagy.

Barks could be Scum, but based on this gamestate, she'd basically have to be a serial killer, because there's no one in this game aligned with Barks.

I can't really explain my SAR soul read. I understand that makes it difficult for everyone else. But in years and years of playing with her, I have something very close to a 100% accurate read rate on her (when I'm village). I just know her pure soul when I see it. I went back through some of her earlier posts and it's there.

There's actually other stuff that supports this read in this game in particular but I'm not at a point where I'm inclined to talk about that yet, outside of being fairly confident that she wouldn't choose to scum again.

1) I just don't think she is I found her assertion that she's unpartnered from Spurs disingenuine based on the posts I saw, and I felt the same way about beans' comment in her interaction post. Like I mentioned before, I don't think that necessarily means she IS a werewolf, but I do think she was making it seem like there was more there than there actually was after the fact, to try to wriggle out of POEs.

3) I would not expect that today, no, unless her partner had so much village equity that they wouldn't be hurt by it if barks still flipped. Who here do you think could get away with that?


I don't think looking at today is particularly helpful for this argument. You'd need to bring evidence from before barks was clearly the next consensus vote of the blocc.
