CUHK Application

Hi! did anyone apply to cuhk medicine through non-jupas and received notification? i mailed my supplementary documents and haven't heard from them. not sure if they even received my reference forms. it'd be great to know if anyone else applied.

as an international student, i didn't apply to CUHK so i could not tell you much

but my application to HKU,

i received the notification from them right before chinese new yr

if i'm not mistaken, i received the letter from them somewhere around 13th feb

sorry, can't provide you the exact date coz i don't have the letter with me

thx for the reply! I guess I'll just have to wait and see. how come you only applied to hku and not cuhk? someone told me that cuhk doesn't take too many international non-jupas students...not sure if that's true

CUHK not taking in any international students this yr

and international student comitte from HKU just sent me an email..

saying that they can help and maybe give advice or opinion to me when i get admitted..

i've also applied to CUHK as a non-jupas from canada. i submitted all my documents at the time of application and heard from them along with the initial notice. i'm in my final year (final two weeks now) of my B.Sc. Hons. and was also wondering some of the same things.

what kind of GPA?
what kind of MCAT?
what is considered besides marks and mcat?
how many spots for non-jupas?

Hi! I have not heard from CUHK, and I'm beginning to wonder if they even received my package. But I guess April is the month when they start having some updates on the application status. I didn't know they look at MCAT marks in hk, I didn't even put the score on my application. As for GPA, I'm not sure. They said above 3.5 for degree holders. Hopefully we'll hear from them soon. Keep me posted if u hear from them. good luck!

i got an interview offer from cuhk a few days ago by phone, but then it was for mid april. so i'm assuming they will phone applicants later if their interview date is later...
