AM can take care of herself, she hasn't been voted out as a wolf in like...idk, years probably. There would be no reason for me to bother arguing with you about it in that case, it's not like anyone else was concerned about it. The only reasons I'm arguing with you are 1) because incorrect assumptions hurt village and 2) to try to get a read on you. It's not about AM.

Yeah to be clear I don’t think you’re wolfing together, I am trying to clarify why a couple people loudly and immediately challenging my theory didn’t lead to me throwing it away immediately, because I’m going to start with the assumption that someone could be shutting it down as a wolf. It still doesn’t really make sense to me for the other 2 houses to have wincons that are fully unrelated to any other faction based on what I’m looking at, but if I were right I would expect more people to be agreeing with me or at least not finding this argument so sus, so my confidence in my theory is waning.

Lots of experience and very common. We used to be able to soul read each other pretty quickly, though it's not as consistent now since she doesn't play as often anymore. Trying to remember the last time we actually played together and were both village...I'll have to think on it.

I'm more concerned when she's not paying enough attention to me tbh.

It still doesn’t really make sense to me for the other 2 houses to have wincons that are fully unrelated to any other faction based on what I’m looking at, but if I were right I would expect more people to be agreeing with me or at least not finding this argument so sus, so my confidence in my theory is waning.

Why would other players with secret wincons agree with you that there are secret wincons? Sounds like a recipe for getting yeeted.

well last night I was dealing with EoD in another game, and also the game was pretty dead at day start, then I've been on mobile pretty much ever since

mostly because when i woke up, i went straight to watching anime lol, then work for 8 hours

also I'll barn Wild if they think that progression is natural, I like how Sar's is interacting with them as well

I honestly just assumed by the setup that everyone has some kind of funky wincon except for the wolves so it didn’t seem like it was too risky to make a case to others who I’m assuming also have these wincons. I started spelling this out after fluff described her wincon and I started to feel like my situation was more likely the norm than the exception

Just some quick thoughts. Several people have confirmed that they were assigned to a "house" in their PMs. The mistake is assuming that houses = factions, which I think is a leap that you might be getting stuck in, zuri. The flavor and heck, the title of the game does seem to imply three warring factions that perhaps have wincons to eliminate other factions. But I also think the mods are chaotic enough they would purposefully lead us on with that in an attempt to get us to assume 3 factions + wolf 🤣 You could very well have house-mates that are in a different faction or are wolf or are completely 3p.

I don't mind stating that I have an additional wincon (in addition to eliminating all wolves), as I'm sure many if not most of you do as well. I don't think anyone should be hinting at what they are or faction-revealing right now though. The thing is, given the "traditional wolfpack" statement, more than likely no faction wins if wolves are alive, so yes, I actually agree with the experienced players saying we should focus on wolf hunts first, faction issues later.

I mean fair enough. I just have 2 people very loudly telling me my assumption is wrong which feels very possibly like a Wolfpack doubling down on me to refute the argument I’m making that would out them. I am inclined to believe that if you and AM are wolfing together that you’re experienced enough that you wouldn’t be so obvious about it but idk

If I were a wolf I would not be heavily doubling down on someone in day one, much less making such an obvious alignment with someone else, but that might just be my wolfy playstyle lol

Are we all 4 wolves and rest of thread and manipulated rest of thread to make our approach seem like the 'correct' one?

The answer should be fairly obvious, we are talking with our knowledge and agree on it, so the core part about your push its simply wrong.

And talking about parts of your wincon or soing assumptions about other its still bad and not a good topic of discussion! You gave info about stuff that mentioned your wincon, making super easy to someone who maybe has a different one, to know you're not their ally. And its something that hinders wolfhunting because of that.

And I dont have to bring up WW logic (which there is on why it hinders scumhunting), the rules itself said that claiming affiliation was not recommended. So trying to angle a push based on mech assumptions will also bite you in the back and for that reason is something that cant be discussed, it is simply not worth to do it.

So like, if you still think AM or Dubz are a wolf, my recommendation would be to drop the tinfoil and read their post/tone/how do they treat other players and try fo find alignment indicative stuff there

I personally wasn't quite as pleased with SAR or PSV posts , but I think I'm still prefering genny as a candidate. SAR specifically I want to reread because it seems I have dissonance reading them so a more careful lecture is needed to double down or go back on my read there.

On my read I think the overal call-out or push to call it something was kinda lackluster?

Like, level of helpfulness or not having posted a page just seemed rather dull and mostly the push was without much belief/soul fmpov

Being on D1 I think having little AI posts or almost none is what I expect from genny in my mental image of them.

So thats why genny having almost no reads or having most of their posts short is not weird by itself to me.

Tho prob someone else has better meta on genny than myself
