If wolves know pippy isn't one of them, they might believe the bomb role claim, and so I could see them wanting to move off the vote to self-protect from the shrapnel
But villagers who believe the claim would also move off

I don't think those staying on the vote "feeling trapped" are then guaranteed to be wolves as has been seemingly implied - more likely villagers trying not to get tricked by the (possibly false) role reveal
