I never village read barks and mk is a slight village lean, unsure if well hidden wolf or misguided villager.I thought you were village reading Barks and mk.

I've seen this come up a few times and it's kind of annoying me. I bussed ONE TIME in ONE GAME and now everyone sees my votes and goes "Hmm, is she bussing? She's a busser!" I explained in the last game's dead chat why I did it out of complete desperation because there were extremely unique circumstances where THREE of the four wolves were on the board D1 and the wolves were facing a landslide loss if we didn't do something drastic. I didn't want to do it. I don't plan on doing it in future games. If you want to wolf read me for other reasons, fine, so be it, but maybe don't use the bussing card so heavily because it's really a weak argument standing alone. (I'm not particularly annoyed with you, Dina, it's just been mentioned by a number of people now and the quote from AM below is what really fueled my irritation and I tried to let it go initially.)
It's ok I apparently read it completely wrong and somehow ended up answering it as if you had written this anyway lolDue to autocorrect and or human error I skipped a word. It was supposed to say:
“That’s fair but not sure why the same thread gives Mayo wolf points for coming OFF a villager and *NOT* AM wolf points for PUSHING a villager. I feel like I’m in backwards crazy town.”
Okay, putting my bus salt aside, do you REALLY think mayo and I are w/w? We've been sussing each other consistently since D1.I'm wolf reading you for reasons I pointed out in my long text posts regarding the doggo flip last night and contradictory/flimsy arguments.
The whole bussing aspect that happened last game tells me that meta!april will bus a fellow wolf to get cleared if they're both up for yeet. Therefore if mayo flips wolf you won't get cleared as village tomorrow for sitting on his yeet today.
Okay, putting my bus salt aside, do you REALLY think mayo and I are w/w? We've been sussing each other consistently since D1.
I cannot emphasize how frustrating it is to be wolf read in one game for my affiliation in another. Salt has no place this far into the game.My gut says no, hence why I said I was between you and mayo today
But the salt wounds linger
I just have to note here you called out me changing my mind from slight wolf lean to slight village lean as doing something “strong village” but then you use “slight village lean” and possible “well hidden wolf” in the same sentence. That feels a little off given you just lectured me on semantics.I never village read barks and mk is a slight village lean, unsure if well hidden wolf or misguided villager.

I don't think anyone is wolf reading you specifically for that. It's more like, you don't get the same village points for voting for a wolf that others might, and clearing the bar of incompatible with another player based on interactions is harder.I cannot emphasize how frustrating it is to be wolf read in one game for my affiliation in another. The difference is I am not changing my read, I am just acknowledging that I could be wrong because villagers can be wrong. I am leaning misguided villager but am not discounting a different possibility.I just have to note here you called out me changing my mind from slight wolf lean to slight village lean as doing something “strong village” but then you use “slight village lean” and possible “well hidden wolf” in the same sentence. I'm not asking for village points based on what Mayo flips, if he flips. We're talking about right now before yeet close, not what might happen afterwards, not what conditions apply then because for all I know I'll die tonight and my point will be proven when I flip. I'd like to know what makes me wolfier than mayo.I don't think anyone is wolf reading you specifically for that. Oh, well I can't help you thereI'm not asking for village points based on what Mayo flips, if he flips. How many votes do you even have? 2?Getting busy right now and just want to note this: there is resistance to the Mayo wagon and I am the counter-wagon. Definitely feels like we actually have a wolf and I am the village counter-wagon that the wolves are fueling because I'm an easy misyeet. Anyone else find it strange that the sus dropped off of me yesterday when the Sun/Alissa wagons were going? Because they were chugging along for a village misyeet and the wolves didn't feel the need for an alternative. Now suddenly I'm on the table again once we start sussing a likely wolf.
Yes the progression was you beating a drum for 2 days to push a village yeet, and Mayo coming in with a late and not fully developed alternative.Progression. Things can't be taken out of context.
Okay but we definitely know Alissa’sAlso since we don't know doggo's affiliation, premature to give mayo village points for that move in the first place
Again, that's because alissa hardly contributed for those 2 days.Yes the progression was you beating a drum for 2 days to push a village yeet, and Mayo coming in with a late and not fully developed alternative.
I believe at least 4How many votes do you even have? 2?
Well maybe but we know for a fact this unsuccessful waffle ending with a village death. You're talking about being gaslit on thread yet this has been answered multiple times by multiple people.
Villagers get it wrong, but the difference is between wolf reading someone all day, trying to get answers from them, and providing reasoning vs jumping off a wagon 10 minutes till close on someone who isn't around and that you're barely wolf reading, so then you can turn around and Monday Morning QB and throw sketch on everyone who was sitting on the flipped wagon.
It's wolfey to be able to so easily jump from wagon to wagon. Yeah alissa flipped village but doggo could've flipped PR and wouldn't have even had time to role reveal if she wanted to.
I say this all the time but waffles almost always favor wolves. If you're pushing waffles super close to the yeet deadline you're getting sketch points from me
I've already said why I don't give wolf points automatically for pushing village votes, and already at length talked about the context that has me reading mayo wolfy. If you would like to give wolf points to the 6 people who ended up voting for alissa that is your prerogative, but it is not how I evaluate wagons.Okay but we definitely know Alissa’s
Lack of conviction can read as wolfy and self serving. So, I don’t see why NOT yeeting villager = more wolfy than PUSHING villager yeet
so do April and Mayo read like W/W to you?I don't want to distract from the current line of conversation, but I did promise my reads & the yeet close is coming up so here's what I got:
Wolfy:
April - for aforementioned reasons
Mayo - weird light bulb talk, doggo waffle
Wolfy lean:
sunshine - defending mayo?
Barkley - might be trying to buddy me?
neutral:
Lainey - need more, don't agree with some reads
WZ - hopped on sunny yesterday but like her reads today
Doggo - need more
Samac - think I need to ISO
Village lean:
AM - can be abrasive, but that seems normal
Zenge - was full village now not as sure (maybe a convert?)
Village:
Cray - mason
Dina - really like the points shes made, similar reads
I think I need to start thinking about packs, which will move some of this around but its the best i can do right now
to some extent, yes. April is good at picking apart others' arguments, and she hasn't really done this to mayoso do April and Mayo read like W/W to you?
Want to point out I feel like most of the villager bloc is on mayo, and there's enough people off the wagon to account for baddies to be hiding on or off it.Unofficial D3 Yeet Tally
mayo (7) - Cray, Doggo, DubZ, April, Zenge, Lainey, Dina
April (4) - AM, Barks, mkg, mayo
Zenge (2) - samac, sunshinefl
Are we hunting villagers who don’t meet your standards or wolves?Again, that's because alissa hardly contributed for those 2 days.
Well thought VCA was important, votes are the only objective thing we have (despite last game). Also I am looking more at the wagon leader.I've already said why I don't give wolf points automatically for pushing village votes, and already at length talked about the context that has me reading mayo wolfy. If you would like to give wolf points to the 6 people who ended up voting for alissa that is your prerogative, but it is not how I evaluate wagons.
You mean like when AM waffled off Pippy last second?Lack of conviction can read as wolfy and self serving.
Villagers usually make their case and stick it, and typically changing their mind will seem to be motivated by the cases that are to be made on thread.
Wolf moves will often lack this, because what motivates their moves is more than the actual soundness of the cases to be made. They will shift with the winds of villager opinion or where they are trying to manipulate.
This is not your weirdest tinfoilI have a tinfoil....
What if April has spent so much more time playing as a wolf than a villager, that her posting style is now wolfy even if she's a villager, and she can't help sounding wolfy?
What if wolfiness from April is now NAI?
I want a gif to go with this damn you SDN!
Well not my village bloc, and villagers can wagon other villagers as 362792 people keep repeating about AlissaWant to point out I feel like most of the villager bloc is on mayo, and there's enough people off the wagon to account for baddies to be hiding on or off it.
What do you think, sunshine? Are we hunting villagers who don’t meet your standards or wolves?
Yes but leading a village vote does not = wolf. It just doesn't, you can go back through every tally in the history of the game and see that wolves rarely lead wagons on villagers. VCA is not "vote for village = wolf, not vote for village = village" and never has been.Well thought VCA was important, votes are the only objective thing we have (despite last game). Also I am looking more at the wagon leader.
Unless something crazy happens to change my mind I really don’t think wolf mayo would make cryptic comments about a lightbulb and draw attention to himself.Want to point out I feel like most of the villager bloc is on mayo, and there's enough people off the wagon to account for baddies to be hiding on or off it.
AM didn't waffle. Waffle implies indecisiveness. AM gave a perfectly logical reason for coming of Pippy. It was a slightly sus move because conceivably wolves witj their lower numbers might be more worried about vengefuls. Are we hunting villagers who don’t meet your standards or wolves?

I wanted the gif because I'm kidding. Mostly. This is not your weirdest tinfoil
well I'm wolf hunting, therefore I didn't vote alissa. what are YOU doing, AM?What do you think, sunshine?
you had me believing itI wanted the gif because I'm kidding. Mostly.
Of course they can, villagers being on a vote doesn't mean they're *right,* however a village led yeet is always superior to a wolf-ran one as far as how good it will be for village. Even if wrong it's still better than when wolves have control of the thread and village and who dies during the day.Well not my village bloc, and villagers can wagon other villagers as 362792 people keep repeating about Alissa
well I'm wolfhunting, therefore I pressured alissawell I'm wolf hunting, therefore I didn't vote alissa. what are YOU doing, AM?
okay so the whole point is maybe thats what happening here with mayo. could be wolf-ran.Of course they can, villagers being on a vote doesn't mean they're *right,* however a village led yeet is always superior to a wolf-ran one as far as how good it will be for village. Okay, the wagon on Mayo is being led by Cray who’s essentially the only confirmed villager, so...okay so the whole point is maybe thats what happening here with mayo. could be wolf-ran.
I literally have him in my wolf reads after pointing out multiple issues with his comments and reads lolto some extent, yes. April is good at picking apart others' arguments, and she hasn't really done this to mayo
THAT IS HOW I FEEL ABOUT THE ENTIRE VILLAGE THE LAST 2 DAYS. I ASKED FOR A SUB YESTERDAY AND GOT A PEP TALK AND NOW I HAVE UN-SIGNED UP FOR BIOSHOCK BECAUSE OF IT. THANK YOU FOR PROMPTING THE ALL CAPITALS TO RETURN.Sunny isn't leading, but she's starting to seem obviously not adding anything, and is starting to seem "thick" to the level I almost always associate with wolves. Like not willing to "get" it if you know what I mean.
cray may have been the first vote but that doesn't mean she's the loudest voice. she has also sus'ed you today so... how do you feel about that? should we believe everything she says including you being sus? (which i would love the latter wolf)Okay, the wagon on Mayo is being led by Cray who’s essentially the only confirmed villager, so...
Well that's a bummer, but sometimes it's good to get a break from WW. I have to say that I have super enjoyed playing with you prior to like the last 48 hours. But such is WW, I hope most days we like playing with most players but some days are hard days.THAT IS HOW I FEEL ABOUT THE ENTIRE VILLAGE THE LAST 2 DAYS. I ASKED FOR A SUB YESTERDAY AND GOT A PEP TALK AND NOW I HAVE UN-SIGNED UP FOR BIOSHOCK BECAUSE OF IT. THANK YOU FOR PROMPTING THE ALL CAPITALS TO RETURN.
Or they're all already off of his yeet and can't do much else to move the tally.Unless something crazy happens to change my mind I really don’t think wolf mayo would make cryptic comments about a lightbulb and draw attention to himself.
We’re 30 minutes from yeet close and there’s no vote movement. I think the wolves are content.
Hey sun, I just wanted to say it’s ok to step away and take a breath. Dont let it eat you too much, it’s a game. After a couple games I think it was better for me to have sit a couple out. It can be taxing to try and read people all the time playing so many games in a row.THAT IS HOW I FEEL ABOUT THE ENTIRE VILLAGE THE LAST 2 DAYS.
