Whew no idea! Maybe step scores?
I'm hoping it's our photos because I look phenomenal in mine!

Could you tell me about my chances. I have not gotten a single IV yet.
Which is weird, because they already told us that on 7/24. I got my second one yesterday too.Confirmation of review of applications whatever that means by university of Washington

Congrats ! Also I was checking the programs I had applied to , apparently some small programs( probably my best options) popped up after I finalized my list , so I applied yesterday I know it’s late at this point any tips about getting in touch with them ?! Or should I leave it at that for nowWhich is weird, because they already told us that on 7/24. I got my second one yesterday too.
If they didn't have everything set up for ERAS well in advance of when people were applying, I would think it wouldn't hurt to contact them and let them know that their program was not available when you initially applied, but you're interested (if it were me, I would give a specific reason for the interest so it doesn't look like you're just set on applying to ALL 150+ programs--something like "I really appreciate that the curriculum seems to focus on clinical oncology, which is more in line with my goals than a research-focused curriculum"). People who have done this before might have better advice. If they opened late, though, they'll possibly be expecting fewer applications and might be more likely to look again to download new ones that come in.Congrats ! Lol I give upI'm not convinced that only 1 program released invites today
Also, not convinced that U Buffalo/Roswell Park has only sent rejections but no invitations

That's is very true. I would say most of IVs come in late Aug and Sep for non-AMG applicants. I remember last year I even received an IV in Oct! and I think it was the last wave of IVs because of people who canceled. The chief fellow asked me: "we already interviewed many applicants and we almost know who we like, tell us why we should change our mind and pick you!".At this point, applications are in and it’s the waiting game. There’s really no utility in freaking out or writing posts about freaking out or posting/comparing stats (which will only serve to freak other people out).
It’s super early in the interview season and h/o is known to be the latest IM specialty in terms of interviews.
Everybody should just chill.
For most of us, the interviews will come.
Maximize whatever resources you have on hand and just wait knowing that you’ve done your best.
