I texted Patti today, most 10/1 people should hear back during the week of 10/26, because the dean will be away at a conference during the week of 10/19. Sucks I know.
Yeah, same here man. Gotta distract myself for a couple weeksBummer, thanks for the update. I will try to be patient and not count the days.
Everyone says that the KCU interview is more about getting to know you and making sure that you aren't weird, but I definitely felt as though I was being grilled haha. It didn't put a damper on my day though, still a great time. If you don't mind, what day did you interview last week?
Sorry if this has already been addressed. Is this considered the "complete" email or am I still in for a wait? Neurotically waiting for a first II
"KCU-COM has received your secondary application. Once your file is complete, we will review your application to determine your eligibility for an interview.
If you have not already done so, please submit 2 letters of recommendation to the Office of Admissions. Questions about the required letters can be emailed to [email protected]."
@AlteredScale I was wondering if KCU students played indoor basketball anywhere? Maybe a gym close by? Or is basketball nonexistent once it hits winter time?
Hey me too. Good luck!I interviewed on 10/8 last week.
I used Uber twice, to travel to the school and back to my hotel and it cost around 50$. My hotel was close to the airport though so it was like a 15-20 minute trip.So I am interviewing in a couple of weeks and wanted to get some feedback from those that rented a car..... was it worth it or do you wish you would have used Uber, cab, bus etc. instead?

Totally worth it to rent I think. I paid $36 for the rental maybe $15 worth of gas. For me it's worth it to not have to depend on anyone or anything else to get me there on time (even though most sources are pretty reliable you just never know maybe in just not trusting enough haha). Then after went and got some BBQ and that so to me it was worth it.So I am interviewing in a couple of weeks and wanted to get some feedback from those that rented a car..... was it worth it or do you wish you would have used Uber, cab, bus etc. instead?
I'm from Joplin. Inaugural class starts fall 2017.Does any one know when the Joplin campus is opening? AACOM seems to think that the inaugural class is starting in 2016 with us. It's calling it a "remote teaching facility".

Im wondering because if they increase the class size this year by such a significant number, I'd like to see how they plan to address clinical rotations.
Wow that's cheap. I think the cheapest I found was around 60$ for two days, and that was before the big fees for being under 25.Totally worth it to rent I think. You are going to CCOM arent you?! Great school, but too much $$$ for me.
Possibly. And yes it will be expensive. But the wife wants Chicago, so whatcha gonna do? Depends on how the rest of the cycle goes to be honest. Waiting on some MD schools before any final decision will be made.
Congrats on your acceptance! Great school.
I just received an interview today and was wondering if someone could give me some insight about the interview process? What style is the interview, length, number of interviewers, etc. I'm sure someone has already answered this but I didn't feel like sifting through 24 pages of discussion lol. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

See my post two above yours.I got an email saying my application was "under review" and that I should give the admissions committee up to 3 weeks for them to decide if I am to be interviewed. If those 3 weeks have now come and gone and I still haven't heard anything, am I rejected???
