Also had HUGE amount of extracurricular in HS and College (clubs, volunteer groups, NCAA athlete, etc)

I did try to call but no answer. So I’m hoping it’s because they are sending them out in waves. Did they send in waves last cycle?

That I do not know. I believe I received a rejection without an interview on 2/15 last year.

I guess once I withdrew from their spring class they put my application back into the fall pool but I received an OOS acceptance at 9:13 PST (2 hours ago) and interviewed sometime in the beginning of November. Will be declining my seat as I'll be going somewhere else so hopefully one of you guys will get it!!

Hoping it is rolling like they did for the Spring class, disappointed because I feel I had competitive statistics for this school.

I think it would be smart for them to do rolling admissions instead of accepting and waitlisting applicants at once with many schools having decisions out already.

I also didn’t get an email 🙁. Bummer since I was accepted for spring and took the risk in declining it in order to be able to hear from all my schools before committing. But oh well, I do have another US acceptance already so it’s fine.

If I remember correctly I think they had two in the past. Their waitlist tends to move quite a bit after the April deadline as well.

I’ve been sitting in my car for the last 20 minutes staring at the sky trying to motivate myself to go inside 😂

Only 8 people on this thread have recieved an acceptance. Obviously there’s others who are not on SDN. But they have to send more right??

lol me. I know no news is good news. But I can't help but feel discouraged and like I am not good enough. I wish it were April 15th already.. I interviewed on Nov 14th and I haven't heard anything back. I am trying to distract myself and my SO is trying to help but nothing is working.

you really don’t understand how emotionally exhausting this process is unless you are going through it. My bf is currently yelling at me to stop overthinking and freaking out, but that’s not possible 😂

yep same here. Mine is saying they are understaffed and maybe that's why they are doing batches even though it's cruel lol.

I'm a more rip the bandaid off kind of person, at least in these kind of situations 😂. This is just going to cause me to become physically ill from the stress. Not just LMU, everyone I'm still waiting for

Lol my boyfriend is a Psychotherapist, and he now understand the struggle. But, people don’t understand the stress of all of this.
