PUMPKIN PIE WHAT WHAT!

Anyways, FLY EAGLES FLY ON THE ROAD TO VICTORY! All i gotta say is the SEC=OVERRATED. hahahaha

Now, thats where you are sorely wrong, my friend. The SEC is the toughest conference in college football. Some other conferences have some very good teams, maybe even, three or four. But nowhere else will you find such a concentration of great teams that could pull a win every, single weekend, no matter the opponent.

I really could care less about college sports though, its really been a turn off living here in Knoxville around all the idiots at UT games. Fun to watch people get so irate about things though, and to cheer for other teams than theirs, especially when they are losing. Haha, I'm so mean....


Back to food though, chicken and dumplins tonight!!! WOO HOOO!!!! It should be some good eatin. 😀

Aaron Rodgers is a worthless piece of crap who should be killed.

Who remembers him from college? He threw a huge temper tantrum to the media when Texas got the Rose Bowl bid over his Cal Bears. He said that they were the better team and deserved it more. They then went on to the Holiday Bowl, where they got ****stomped by a mediocre Texas Tech team (who we had beaten at their place by 30 earlier in the year), while we went on to beat Michigan in one of the most exciting games of the season.

Even after the games were over, Aaron Rodgers still insisted that his team was better, and should have gone to the rose bowl. Huh? The guy has **** for brains.

Every game is full of idiots. There were some **** talkers at the PSU/Tenn bowl game a few years ago. The girls all dressed up which was kind of different.

You pay very selective attention if the Big 10 only has 2 teams. Ohio State does choke and Illinois just had a good season with a meltdown at the end. If you look at the other Big 10/SEC games it is rarely a blow out. It is actually quite close to a 50/50 distribution with historical bowl game wins, with certain teams like michigan and penn state having winning records against SEC schools. Either team that lost is very rarely a blow out. It is usually 10 or under points. I went to a big 10 school and I like SEC schools and am now at an ACC school, but man, these SEC schools are surprisingly cocky and have very short term memories. I attribute the south to being a hotbed for recruiting more than anything. I don't want to turn this into some other issue by saying WHY I think it is, but they are.

Going to home to Texas and then to Convocation (Think big OPP conference/convention). I can't wait either... School is stressing me out right now. We have a neuro lab exam in the morning and then get barely a day and a half to study before our last NMSK test before spring break... I'm feeling very sleep deprived. I can't wait until Thursday afternoon when all I'm going to do is😴😴😴😴... and then I'm waking up and.

I hope everyone is chanting as the AdCom makes their final decision on my interview class. I seriously want to go to DeBusk. I seriously want all of you to try my award-winning homemade ice cream, which I make by the gallon.
My famdamily is one of the top awarded families participating in the "Just Like Mama Used to Make" Killis Melton Ice Cream Crank Off every year in McKinney, TX since 1990. Food Network played a tape of me winning my first ever Gourmet award as a commercial. Me with my big old pie face staring up at the camera saying "Put a whole deep dish apple pie into your fresh churned vanilla bean cinnamon ice cream then churn it again and that's how I made Apple Pie with Cinnamon Ice Cream".

Other flavors my family has entered over the years (all authentic):
Red Hots (a huge award winner - bright red - my sister's recipe)
Vanilla Pop Rocks (don't give samples to cops on horses - my niece's flavor)
Blue Goo (Raspberry Cotton Candy with a marshmallow cream weave- my first place in "you made what?" category)
Sweet Potato Pie (didn't win - mine again)
Raspberry Chocolate Truffle (mine - won best chocolate in 2005)
Grilled Peach (my brother's)
Tropical Paradise (my mom's sherbet recipe)
Elvis Delight (Peanut Butter Ice Cream with sliced bananas - My dad's OVERALL winner 2007 - he was on TV & front page of McKinney, TX Gazette, won $75.00 and an old fashioned hand churn. used generic peanut butter with white label that just said peanut butter -- had 25% butterfat...smooooooth)
Goat Milk Vanilla (another one of my dad's- first place vanilla but I thought it tasted like grass)

Caramellious (mine, didn't win but kids loved it)
Butterfinger Cashew (my sister's)

We have entered seriously around 10 ice creams per year for about eleven years. Hard to remember all of them!

We didn't get to check out the CME thing, Prions... only open to the local docs and PTs.. but we have been getting extra training in cranial during weekend classes which has been awesome. I'm really loving learning all the OMM stuff, not to mention, we've now learned enough to fix each others' study-induced somatic dysfunction! I'm getting really good with my hands. 😀

You mean the wolverines lost, and your excuse for that is that they "didn't show up"

In all fairness to them "not showing up", Steve Breaston and Braylon Edwards went nuts that day. They were outstanding. Mike Hart had a nice game, and Chad Henne tied the Rose Bowl record for TD passes. The Michigan defense looked like it didn't show up because it was trying to defend Vince Young, who is arguably the greatest college QB of all-time.

We managed to win that game without a healthy Cedric Benson, who was injured on his first or second carry of the game, I should add.

To say that they didn't show up is ridiculous. Nobody goes to the Rose Bowl and doesn't come to play. They just got beat.

I am going to Chicago to see my wife and family. I just can't wait to not use my brain for something. I think I will just sit and stare for awhile, then play lots of pool. I am really looking forward to the drive to Chi-town b/c it going to be very relaxing to watch the road go by and listen to some jamming tunes. I am going to hit up the restaurants I've missed so much, and enjoy some good ole home cooked meals.

No meal is complete without the characteristic strangling electric gear noise coming from the back patio as the churn grinds to a halt and all the kids gather around to await the "unveiling". Such a great childhood memory! We'd all stand there with our tablespoons. My grandma's specialty was eggnog ice cream. Guess she got us all started.

I love NAC-O-NOWHERE!!! What a beautiful drive going out there!

My daddy was born on the kitchen table in Golden, TX. Grandpa was an asbestos worker. My great uncle and great aunt lived in Groesbeck, then Mexia (they knew Anna Nicole Smith's family) and they'd kill a pig every time we went out there. My other great uncle and great aunt lived in Mineola, and my great aunt was the only Avon Lady there for years. Dad and Mom were first generation city folk raising us in the outskirts of Dallas. I grew up going out to the country just about every weekend. One minnow bucket could keep me happy all day long. I learned to kill snakes in the San Saba before we swam. When you hit them in the head right, they spin and roll over, exposing their underbellies. My entire family had it's family reunion every year at the Tyler State Park. We even have an albino in our family. And yes, we do have an entire set of teeth between us. So, yeah, homemade ice cream in the summertime is a big thing in my family.
