My first day back on clinics after a break, and this is what I come home to?

I don't think STL's conversion failed. He's certainly posting differently today than he has any other day. I think he made the whole thing up, and he's the latest wolf convert. He got AM to give up her list of seered players. Sure the wolves are happy about that! Great job, guys!

Hm.

Seems a little early to go bat**** crazy assaulting kam if that were the case. I'd expect it a little later. Why not coast another day or two?

Yeah but it isn't a long play. So unless STL felt he was about t to be outted and wanted to pull one big move while he has time ... It doesn't really make much sense to me.

In other news, still nobody has thoughts about MJ?

I will admit to having similar thoughts, but there didn't seem to be enough to gain.

Unless this is all a ploy to get us off AM again? :thinking:

Why would a convert that no one was really suspicious of, draw attention to himself and make himself an object of scrutiny by falsely throwing a villager under the bus?

If Kam ends up being a villager I would certainly advise looking into STL to be safe... but I would think it more likely to be a villager mistake than a wolf move. Because as a wolf move it's just not smart.

I'd rather do it the other way around because right now, I feel like STL is the bigger threat. He's even been able to convince some people to role reveal that AM hadn't seered yet. Just give up those role names to the wolves! The way you all have just blindly followed him is mystifying to me, particularly when he's acting this weird this suddenly.

But he hasn't been an object of scrutiny. You all just piled on Kam, and took everything he said at face value.
 
I revealed to BBC and gave her the rundown on my night actions thus far. @Mad Jack it look like we're no longer PM buddies, oops, I haven't been keeping up with the roster changes.

I said that he will be an object of scrutiny if he's wrong.

Think about it. Let's assume STL is a wolf convert. No one is really looking at him right now. He's already going to be harder to pin because converts usually are.

So what you're suggesting is that the first thing he does is pick a villager and firmly accuse them of being a wolf. He knows that when the lynch goes through the person will be revealed as a villager. So now, he's given the rest of the players a reason to come at him with any abilities plus the two affiliation seering items that allegedly exist and made himself a target. How does this make sense as a wolf move?

So far, the only evidence against Kam has been presented by STL in his whackadoo fashion today. Unless there's something else I'm not privy to? He's accused her of being a siren, and she's said she's a muse.

Maybe he thinks someone saw the conversion attempt. Maybe he's STL and he just doesn't play by your rules.
Whatever the reason, it's certainly working. No one even questioned him. And you're all going to lynch Kam, or vote to lynch your seer. Good thing he got all that info out of her first!
 
I don't know for sure if STL is right or wrong, but I think it's a bigger risk to let a potential siren live than to assume STL is a convert when he's not making moves to support that theory. It really is not a smart move at all to purposely throw a villager under the bus as a convert when no one was suspicious of you in the first place. The only time it really makes sense is when you may be about to go down anyways and you want to take a shot at taking a villager with you.

I'm asking you because it's your theory.
If you want to push that STL is a convert and have people believe you... you're going to need more than just "this is what I think".

I certainly questioned STL about what information he had to suggest Kam was the siren. He's been as clear as he can be about why he thinks it is so. Could he be lying? Sure. But that's WW. I've got to take a shot here and I think Kam is the better lynch today because I think she's potentially a bigger risk and I don't think STL's moves make sense as a convert.

I don't think the information that STL got out of AM was particularly useful by the way. If I recall correctly, 4 of those players were already revealed and one is not a villager.

STL gave you "this is what I think". So that's what you're getting from me. I don't trust STL, I don't like the way he's played today, and I'm comfortable with my vote where it is.

Fine, maybe he's not a convert. Maybe he's chaos. I just know he's playing differently today than he did yesterday or the day before. Something is up with him.
 
My take on Kam's reveal to me:

She is claiming Muse still, and the ability she gave me lines up with what I read on a quick Google search. She gave me who she used it on, but claimed to not know what it did. Hopefully she will ask someone to validate.

I personally find the ability a little odd since from what I have been assuming is abilities are mostly every night. And not knowing what your ability does sounds horrifying. (That is more comment and less actual interpretation).

Final take: I could believe her, but I am also a very gullible human being. There is no huge red flags, but there are no huge green flags either
