med schools in Missouri and Tennessee

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to finalize the list of schools I want to apply to. One of the things I'm looking at is diversity at the schools. Can anyone elaborate on what it's like at some of the med schools in these states? Like are there problems with racism or anything? Is life on campus (perhaps more diversity) different than life off campus?

First of all TN schools take a very minute amount of out of state folks, so make sure you check their web sites for exact numbers. UT Memphis is great, and ETSU is also very good but caters more to primary care...
