I applied to health policy and it was ~3 weeks submitting the supplemental app to getting the decision. Might depend on your department! Good luck 🙂so happy to see so many acceptances today after the Columbia debacle phew! does anyone have an idea about the average turnaround time for UNC. I applied kind of late on 02/02

Ayy, I made it into PopFam, too. Praying that our financial aid packages are bountiful, because Manhattan ain't cheap. 😆In at Columbia, PopFam! No email, but status update on portal. There's a letter and I can actually accept or decline, so I hope not a glitch!

I've also been worried about this issue. Now that people are receiving acceptances and deciding where to go one of the biggest issues is: Will campuses be open in the Fall for in-person learning?
That issue has been on my mind since I committed to NYU.

I’m slightly worried about this but the Dean of BU said in a live session a few weeks back that they’re planning to be mostly in person in the fallNow that people are receiving acceptances and deciding where to go one of the biggest issues is: Will campuses be open in the Fall for in-person learning?

I was told that California State Universities and UCs will most likely be back in-person in the fall, so other campuses might be opening up as well. Now that people are receiving acceptances and deciding where to go one of the biggest issues is: Will campuses be open in the Fall for in-person learning?

My question here is that I am an international student who lacks funds, has anyone here been awarded the merit scholarship from Emory? If so, how did the process go by? I am also curious if Emory can accept deferral since I am planning on applying for a Fulbright award, but the announcement will be sometime around August. If I happen to pay the deposits for Emory and JHU deferral but at the end, I eventually have to choose to attend only one of them, will there be any punishment or penalty for not attending the school or will it just cost my enrollment deposit? Thank you very much for the enlightenment.
followed. heeheeFollowing!!!
Yes hahah, I was accepted a year ago and never heard anything about financial aid 😂😭Anyone accepted to Columbia before 2/1 still waiting for financial aid and/or scholarships?
You should read the Tuition + Financial assistance/Scholarships on each school's site. Many of the schools I applied to consider you for merit scholarships once you submit FAFSA, but that's for US citizens only... I've seen a couple students post on here that they got a merit scholarship from Emory already; I think those students are US citizens. I think for Emory, they announce scholarships and funding (like work study) through the next few weeks (March).Hello, I've been here for a while as a lurker, but now since I got questions, it is time to submit a reply.
