The group quickly starts to close in on their leader. I mean why would anyone save themselves with a lynch veto if they had one? That's crazy talk unless you're a wolf, right? All villagers would obviously just sacrifice themselves in that case. Some are unswayed by this obvious rock solid evidence, how is that possible?

Well no matter what case was put forth, the majority of the voters wanted to take out Sheeps. And so they prepared to execute him. But as they are about to do so, it would seem as if something very important was missing. Ridley, from the Metroid series, is injured, but nobody has the capacity to finish him off today. He manages to fly off, clearly shaken but ultimately not dead.

Still 15 players left. Night deadline of noon PST tomorrow but if all PMs are in before 9 PM PST tonight I will end night then instead.

RIDLEY LIVES ON, PERHAPS AS SOMETHING GREATER...

Ridley is the villain from metroid so he looks like a wolf to me. I can't believe he escaped the lynch twice. If someone can kill at night, Sheeps would be an excellent target.

boo. i was right thinking sheeps was a wolf. lame getting out of two lynches.

as part of my role, I can try to kill every three nights (but only with a 75% chance of success). I hadn't used the role yet, but did last night cycle try to use it on sheeps (obviously, unsuccessfully) and was thus silenced for the next lynch cycle (would have been through the lynch + next night if I had been successful). can't try again for two more nights, so hopefully someone else has something that can work overnight. not sure if this can keep going--hopefully he can be lynched tomorrow if tonight doesn't work.

Could be a 50/50 chance. But we don't know of any other wolves yet. Maybe something good will happen overnight. Isn't there an item that you can use to investigate/harm/something else? I'm in the middle of checking in an studying. I can go back to find it if necessary though.

There is an investigate/block/protect item if that's the one you're thinking of. Not sure about any that harm though.

I had the zapper gun night 1. I didn't use it because I didn't want to chance randomly killing a villager. But it's out there, and hopefully a villager has it and can use it on sheeps.

If it were me I probably wouldn't have announced that; I would have just sent the mods a nighttime PM saying "I'd like to use the missile on Sheeps".

I was attacked a few nights ago unsuccessfully (I'm assuming it was a wolf attempt, unless someone else wants to admit anything, and, since I didn't have the item, I survived), but the attacker did learn my identity, so I'm pretty sure the wolves already know that a repeat try is a shot in the dark.

Tonight, there is judicious use of the cheat code, and additionally a horrifying noise is heard from the lair of our old friend Ridley. Far from ignored tonight, he is very much alive, but perhaps temporarily disabled. A thief has come up empty, and some other covert actions are performed in the shadows.

In perhaps related or maybe not news...nobody has died.

There are still 15 players remaining.

I used the cheat code to block sheeps last night and was told that I was successful in blocking him. I hope that's why there were no deaths.

Sorry I wasn't around again everyone. I thought I would have been on more yesterday but I ended up going downtown to watch the Pats/Ravens game and had a few drinks and then worked a vax clinic for most of the day today. Should be around much more now.

#1 Nothing you say can be seriously weighed in considering how we should make our move. You're a wolf, so you may be telling the truth hoping we won't believe you, or a lie hoping we will. No way to be sure, so your comments are best left ignored. They're like bad lab results.

#2 You may not understand your role abilities entirely. I know, for example, that I rarely tell players their exact chances of avoiding death if that's part of their role. So while you may know precisely what has to happen for you to die, it's also possible (as far as we know) that you have no clue and you're just talking it up. Or making an incorrect assumption.

Bottom line ... jabber all you want. The real question for us villagers is whether we go after you again or whether we take our chances with a mostly random guess, barring any other new info. What you have to say is irrelevant.

I was waiting to vote in the hopes that someone had investigated a wolf but it doesn't look like that happened. lynch sheeps. even if it doesn't work, at least we won't be voting for a villager.
