They're both good schools. Pick the school that you're going to be happy with. This includes your debt.
Personally, I would choose NYIT because it would be closer to home. It gets lonely up in Maine. It honestly depends on the cost between the two schools. I would choose UNECOM if it was at least $10-15k cheaper per year than NYIT.
