I wonder what the longest post in SDN history is. And I joke with my pre-med friends all the time about sending in update letters for trivial accomplishments. Last night I found 50 cents in the change compartment of a vending machine and my friend said that I should immediately update all of my schools about it.

Sorry to hear that. I got rejected pre-secondary from one of my state schools where I thought I would be a pretty solid match, applying early and everything. Sometimes there's just no rhyme or reason for why they do these things.

Madame Secretary is good AF. I've watched 18 episodes in three days. I mean it's no West Wing, but it's good.
completely agree. I watched west wing twice, and absolutely loved it. It just gets better as you watch it again and again. Madame Secretary is great too, its different, but I like it a lot!
honestly I am not sure. Maybe check out the school's thread that you have an interview at and see if anyone else sent in a LOI to that school pre interview? I've heard of people do it post interview because now that you've been at the school, you know it better and can write about it in your LOI, so that may be a good idea?
