PA or MD?

Does anyone have opinions on this? I'm a junior and thinking about switching to pre PA from pre MD because I can't see myself doing 4 years of med school and then a residency. I think I would get the same satisfaction as a PA and would enjoy getting to travel/live a little more after school and before settling down. Anyone with thoughts? Please don't list money, because that is the last thing I'm worried about. I could live very comfortably off of $90,000/yr
