PNWU-COM and RVUCOM Residency Questions

For anyone currently attending or applying to PNWU-COM or RVUCOM, do either require non WA or CO residents, respectively, to provide proof of residency? For example, PNWU-COM caters to residents of WA, OR, AK, MT, and ID....so do they require residents of those states to provide proof of residency?

I'm sure they go by your permanent address or your driver's license. If you are from a WWAMI state then you would have a permanent address to be singled out to your favor.
