Oh good, this gives me permission to use the term "whip-bearing toddler" for myself when AM goes around reminding people that I once upon a time was good at the game or something.

One of my friends is doing a surgery residency here (I think I mentioned that at some point? ) and despite living in the same place like 10 minutes from each other I didn't see her for 3 months at one point. RIP indeed lol

Absolutely.

I mean. I was Champs Finalist Once. But I also fakeclaimed a Daykill when D1 started just for.the sake of it. And one time I also tested how a killing mechanic worked with myself as the test subject, dying in the proccess.

I take pride in my Skill Issue

I think you're supposed to use other people as the test subjects for things like this 🤔
Not that I'm one to talk when I spent an entire game trying to redirect the night kill to myself.

That is a great question. I have by far the most experience with Clem, but I won't claim to have a consistent grasp on what He Is About. That leaves me with a bunch of people I have seldom played with, most just once or never. I think I have a decent understanding of Nate's process, so probably him if not Clem.

I , for one think that people with the No Bus Meta are actually good subjects for mayor. Being able to lead village fairly well its also a plus, since why I nominated Dubz .
Other two names I thought about were AM and Zenges, but Zenges I currently am not trusting much, and I get the feeling that sometimes AM is kinda stubborn with mech realted things. Specially when villaging so it doesnt feel as optimal to my Dubz option rn.


I think Lucy is also a player that I could read well if needed, but unless she obvtowns, the read tends to come later and I dont think Lucy will have the amount of *impact* that I feel like mayour should have to the gamestate tbh

I vibed very quickly with samac in my only other game here, and I think I see the seedlings of that sprouting here. I say so tentatively, because my previous game had no Day 0 and communal aggression was more immediate (including on samac's part, so this is a different situation). But I think her start is decent enough, and if last game is any indication I suspect she'd be a motivated mayor.

Well see if you lead the charge on a wolf we have to consider whether you just decided you wanted to renew your license this game. Some others there's less concern about that 😉

Because being able to trust the mayor is one of the more important things when selecting one.

So if the mayor catches a wolf and has the no bussing meta, its one hell of a easy way to gain good trust on the mayor, methinks.

If you are reading me on what I am discussing as reasons to vote mayor you can understand why Zenge's mayoral votes felt off to me Psv pls

The consensus takeaway from the replys was to vote for someone who you can grasp a read on. Voting for someone you will doubt is no Bueno.

I get it that there may be votes for funsies or as 'to not repeat mayor' aswell but idk if there is more of a consensus than that

Fair, but I would be hesitant to rely on meta for exactly that reason unless someone is extremely rigid, which typically doesn't make for a very good wolf...

Meta is almost the biggest reason when voting for mayor I feel like. You sprinkle some reads / impressions you have this game and thats about it.

The more polarized the player, the better mayor it is I think

That’s a point of view, certainly.

I think it’s also a point of view that the mayor gets A LOT more scrutiny. You’d seldom see a mayor not get seered, watched, tracked, jailed, etc.

People who are getting into the mayoral position would also know this, and maybe not want to get the mayoral vote. It’s always interesting to see how people respond when they’re getting close to being voted mayor. Some people don’t want it and you start to have to ask “why”?

But also for the record I think I have a pretty good track record reading PSV. Not always perfect, but decent.
