I was thinking lovers but was confused what you were saying about being misyeeted vs. NKed

If we mis-yeet one of them, they both die and then the night kill ends the game

If we yeet a wolf, And then the other wolf kills one of them and they both die, tomorrow it's 2 to 1 and we don't lose the game

I don't understand why you hid this. Misyeeting a lover has the same exact effect of being nightkilled so it was intergral to bring this up as soon as possible. Does your PM actually say "lover"?

I wish I could just PM you, her dying tonight as a result of the NK would in fact be very different than her being misyeeted. It is the difference between winning and losing.

Sort of, it’s still almost certainly a a loss if anyone is misyeeted today. If village misyeets today, the only way we get to tomorrow is if Barks is village and successfully protects tonight.

I actually think that you can share the downside on thread. I don't think the math changes. If we get one of them tonight, we can get the other tomorrow. It only changes things if they have a death avoidance ability... Which I guess they might. I don't know. That feels like a very strong power in a game this small.

The problem is just having one less village voice tomorrow, but yeah that’s unavoidable by now due to all the hinting we’ve had to do

I've literally never seen a mason lover. It's a custom role in CYO that comes from mashing roles together.

Both AM and I were asking for clarity and more detail about your ability, because being super wishy-washy and precious about it makes it feel like it is a fake ability that neither of you actually have details on so you don't want to commit to something.

And you cannot tell me that this post was not out of line

I agree with you, to me, Mason lover seems like a fairly straightforward riff on two very common roles. You had to find each other, after which point you were bound to each other. Fits the story, it's an interesting ability that isn't too powerful in a small game.

But AM sees things from a different perspective, and that is absolutely okay, and there's no reason to be aggressive like that because she wanted some clarity.

Okay, I'm not trying to say anyone threw. I'm just frustrated because lover paints a very different picture than mason. Wolf-village lover pairs are a thing so it was a lot to take in with less than 120 second to make a decision.
