Love GOT both the show and books and I'm unsure of what they will do with the new character in OUAT as well! I've enjoyed the past few seasons though!
 
Day 4 Results

"Lord Rahl, a messenger for you."

"See him in." replied Richard in a dry but commanding tone. The death of his Grandfather Ashgirl still lingered in his mind. He just couldn't believe that Ashgirl, the First Wizard, could have been so easily overcome.

"Lord Rahl," a young man said as he took a knee in front of Richard. "I come bearing ill news."

Richard didn't know if his heart could take any more bad news. He gestured with his hand, instructing the messenger to rise.

"What news from the streets?" asked Richard. "What do the people want?"

A large group of people had gathered in the outer courtyards of Aydindril. With the deaths of Chase, Warren, Denna, and now Zed, everyone knew that they had not achieved peace. It seemed that defeating Darken Rahl was just the beginning.

"They riot in the streets, gathering in size and number." said the boy. "They demand an end to this killing, they demand the blood of the killer."

Richard had spent all night trying to figure out how each of his friends were being picked off one by one. How could someone get into the deepest depths of the Wizard's Keep? Each level of the Keep was warded with magical barriers, some so strong that even Richard had trouble passing through. Also, why wouldn't Zed have been able to sense the presence of someone else with his gift?

"You would have to posses both sides of the gift to get that deep into the Keep by yourself." said Kahlan as she rested her hand on Richard's shoulder, trying to comfort him.

Then it struck him.

"--or not have the spark of the gift at all." He muttered. "Send for my sister, Magbags." Richard ordered the messenger. "I would like to speak with her."

The day grew dark as the overcast rolled across the sky. Thunder could be heard in the distance, getting closer with each rumble.

The messenger came bursting through the doors of the court room, his face smeared in blood and mud.

"Lord Rahl!" he panted. "The crowd of people...they've gone mad!"

Richard jumped up from his chair and with swift strides marched his was across the room to the adjacent window. Looking down he saw a sea of people swarming the courtyard. Like hundreds of black ants attacking a dozen red, he could see that the men he sent to escort Magbags to him were all but lost.

Turning to the wounded messenger he yelled, "What happened to Magbags? Tell me!"

"Lord Rahl," the man said as he gasped for breath. "The people saw the escort and attacked. I'm afraid your sister is dead."

"No..." Richard said as he fell to the floor.

Dead is Magbags, Jensen the Outlier, Who did not possess the spark of the gift and therefore was immune to all magic.

It is now Night 4. Send in your Night Actions.

That reminds me! I met an IG puppy the other day, he was getting some of his shots and such. So cute, but very difficult to hold, he was all leg 😀

Sorry... no IG is more pathetic than my young one.

He re-broke one of his legs when he was younger TRIPPING OVER A PILLOW.

Hard to have a worse story than that.

Ha, that was last game... No, I'll be around early day and have my usual 27 posts. I just won't be around for the inevitable waffling

IGs have been known to break their legs in vet clinics.... hold on tight.

Jumping off exam tables. Yup it happens.
Worse is at my former clinic, puppy IG broke its leg getting it caught in the cage post-op to a neuter.
nothing like an everyday procedure turning into an orthopedic procedure (they did it for free). Luckily they had an orthopedic surgeon on staff.

As far as I can tell, waffles are no longer served in WW.
Sheep is always the main course.

That is awful! Poor things. I held him tight, just thought it was funny when I picked him up and he had his legs sticking straight out in front of him 😀

I guess some people like to sleep in.
 
I'm a night person myself. Days I'm not working I wake up at noon, so I end up having to put in my night actions immediately after my day actions for any night deadline that falls before lunch.
 
Dyachei rushes down the steps of the Palace of the Prophets. He has more work to do...there's still much to piece together about the prophecy he received. As enters one of the musty libraries, he quietly shuts the door behind him and takes a seat at the table. The candles provide a dim glow throughout the room.

Pulling open a massive volume, he begins to read.

There's a knock at the door.

Who could be up at this hour? He rises and answers it without a second thought.

"I was told to bring you something to eat." One of the Sisters of the Light held out a tray with bread, cheese and pieces of dried meat. She held it out for him, but avoided his raptor-like gaze.

"Yes, yes, thank you." dyachei says. He didn't pay notice to the girl's awkward behaviour. He knew many feared him. Many didn't even dare usher the prophet's name. Perhaps they thought he could tell them something unpleasant about their future and didn't want to invoke it. He laughed. Playing games with the sisters has been what has kept him partly sane for the hundreds of years in the palace.

He closes the door and sets the tray on the table. He would eat when he had gotten some work done.

He starts to read again, concentrating on what the meaning of the prophecy could possibly be.

Suddenly, there's a bursting pain in his chest. His vision blurs as he claws at his clothes, gasping, trying to do something, anything to stop the pain. He doesn't want to die. He needs to continue his work, help Richard, see her again. He falls to the ground, his vision starting to fade and he draws one last rattling breath.

Dead is dyachei, Nathan Rahl, the prophet.

I had the sword Agiel last night. It is used to block.
Unfortunately, I discovered if you are not Mord Sith or whatever he/she/it is called , the sword boomerangs and blocks the user as well. 🙁 So be cautious.

I blocked MJ by the way.

I was wondering who stabbed me in the back, that hurt.

I don't have any night abilities though, so it didn't really affect me.
 
I had the sword of truth last night but it doesn't work for me 🙁

It just says no action could be performed with it. I tried to use it on MJ as well.
