This general is extremely good on the wiki, so I can't imagine that Escalla would have made him a wolf, unless she randomised the wolves. And like I said, they don't have anything to do with armies beyond being named a general, so it might not be that particular army WTF was being warned about.
 
Lynching me would be a very bad idea. Amusing, but very, very bad. I am a villager- Kahlan Amnell the Confessor. When I am chosen to be lynched or nightkilled, someone I have chosen previously to have confessed will die in my place.

And it would be particularly bad for you, DVM, because on on day two, I chose you. If you die for any reason, I choose another person to confess, which is so draining that I am silenced for a day.

Go ahead and seer me to make sure I'm a villager if you'd like. Or just lynch me and kill DVM, it's your call.

She probably knew my identity, but not my ability. I've had no way to communicate with DVM since she's not in my group, so this is the first notice she has that she's my first meat shield.

You really picked the wrong person to do that to. If there is anyway you can change to another person before I die, you might want to do so.

It's impossible to change once I pick a person. You seemed pretty intent on lynching me, so it was a self-defense move. So if anyone wants to not kill DVMD because she's important, I'd highly recommend not lynching me.

Let me see what day and time I sent my message... I sent it Thursday at 6:59 PM, was given confirmation that you'd confessed just after midnight.

Look at it from my perspective- I had to choose someone but I knew nothing about anyone else's identities. If I pick a random person and you're hell bent on lynching me, you'll lynch me, they die, I pick another person, you lynch again thinking you'll get that blasted MJ this time, and the new person dies, and then hopefully you finally learn your lesson and stop trying to lynch me before all the villagers are dead. If I pick you, you lynch me, you die, the end.

If DVMD dies for any reason, I get to pick a new person, so the wolves get just as much uncertainty in the event of her untimely death.

Hey, you guys never believe me when I try to go the roundabout way of getting out of a lynch (getting people to vouch for me or defending myself), so I just laid my cards on the table rather than letting you guys go ahead and kill DVMD. And I had to pick someone to confess to protect myself and had zero good info on whom to pick.

Also, when did you have to pick someone by? Because you didn't pick me until recently and the only reason you picked me is because you were butt hurt over a lynch vote. Which is beyond stupid.

Then you go and put it ALL ON THE DAMN THREAD.

It isn't you picking me (which is completely idiotic for reasons I will not state on thread), but it is that you could have told someone this all in PMs where wolves could not have seen it.

Or I don't know, you could have simply stated you were the confessor and left it at that.

I can think of 100 different ways you could have done this that would have been better.

Please do us a favor and check with the mods to see if you can switch it up. I have an odd feeling you can because you did not confess me until a few days into the game. Which seems odd if you "had to do it".

It is just odd that if he absolutely HAD to do that as part of his role why it took so many days for him to do so. Makes me think he can change it up every once in a while.

I have managed to ferret out some more information about the aforementioned army business. Jojo was seen conversing a commander of this army in the Old World. Based on Dr. Google, this seems like Imperial Order to me. What do you have to say, jojo?

Seriously, the only reason you picked me is because you were butthurt that I lynched you. Boo hoo, get over it and actually think about the game and not who voted to lynch you.

We are yelling at you because the way you handled this was dumb, not because of who you picked. I could care less you picked me (it wasn't a wise choice) but whatever, you had to pick somebody and if you had not let your butthurt take over and thought upon it, you would have picked a person claiming vanilla villager, but you didn't. You just did not handle this well at all. That is why people are yelling at you.

I'll check. It was never specified whether I could or could not change who had confessed, so there's a chance I can.

You're implying that I have not in any way misdirected anyone and have been completely honest in both my actions, motivations, and abilities. DVMD, this is WW, surely you jest.

I was doing what now? I had the journey book last night but don't know who I was talking to, but they didn't seem like an army commander. Other than that I wasn't doing anything overnight.
 
Super, you decide to wait until I'm leaving for the city to accuse me of something... But of course the person I was talking with the journey book won't fess up I guess, but if two other people fess up, you would know I'm lying. That's the only thing I could think of that would explain what you saw
