Ok, seriously where the hell is allie?

I don't tend to do the "lynch the silent players" but seriously there is a difference between being "quiet" and completely ditching the game....

And we have made some posts/question in regards to allie but just keep putting them off because allie has been "gone"... I don't get it.

Either positive or negative or neutral... I don't care.. but seriously considering just lynching FFM again as an option as well, but want others opinions.

I would be ok with it. Probably better to do it now than to wait too long.
 
@WildZoo , early on in the game you said that you could verify Jilary's ability...

I am curious as to how you were able to do that considering that if you are a vanilla villager you would not be able to communicate with anyone

I said mine was almost identical to DVMD's because my role used a "citizen of X" construction instead of "X citizen".

I am a villager, which makes me inclined to trust WTF. At this point, I'm actually up to lynch FFM. I feel like we've gone through everyone (except me 🙁) who could have been an original wolf.

I don't want to be lynched because it means losing a villager. However, I have been busy getting ready to move this weekend. I'll have an all-day school orientation on Monday, pack up Tuesday, and move Wednesday, so I can't check in as often during the next few days.
 
Did anyone else ever get a weird anonymous message like Zen said she did way back?

I don't remember any of the dead having that ability or anyone bringing it up again. Just seems weird.

I don't know if her ability has been explicitly stated on the thread so I'm not going to out it, but it was 100% her

I'm not denying that it was her. Nor am I asking what the ability was.

I am asking how the heck on Day 2 (if I remember right, it was early either Day 2 or 3) you knew with 100% certainty that it was Jilary that not only had that ability but used it on you all while having absolutely zero way to communicate with anyone privately... and there were no hints on the thread as to an ability.

The nature of the ability is how I knew, the only way I could explain more would be to reveal her ability

I am still not getting how the nature of an ability tells you who has the ability. It just doesn't make sense to me, especially since it could have been anyone in the game with the ability especially that early on.

Anyway, I think we need to look back at LIS' list as well since that gives us the last few people LIS knew nothing about.
 
And now that I have read back through the game, I will say that other things WZ has stated/done have set off some red flags for me...

of course, I could just be paranoid at this point.

LIS's list of suspects was Gwen, Rogert, WTF, rojo, and you, though he was less suspicious of you.

And number 5, I could see you just missing the post about allie being clear, but the fact that your play that round was "someone off LIS' list" and allie wasn't on the list was odd. Especially since there had been a decent amount of suspicion for rogert. It was just odd to completely go off track during that round in particular to mention lynching the "quiet player" when there were definitely other and better candidates...

1. I knew one thing. Literally one thing and that has been the only thing I have known all game that didn't come from the thread (besides knowing some character names from the show). And there's a very good reason I knew it. Ask @Lupin21 how she knows Jilary's ability.
2. I don't know what to say to that. She said someone else could verify her ability as well. The fact that it was stated that she had an ability at all is probably why she was blocked.
3. I don't remember what I said specifically.
4. WTF was also on LIS's list and hadn't responded to it, while Rogert had given his defense. I almost always vote outside of a bandwagon unless there is clear evidence (like the FFM lynch) to try to create discussion. I don't like bandwagons...they're basically useless in terms of getting information from the day cycle. With that many players left in the game there are very few times when I have voted for someone who already had more than one vote on them without concrete info pointing to wolfiness.
5. I missed that post. Sometimes I click on the alert instead of going to "first unread" in a thread and the alert is for a later post. So I miss things. Like I missed Jilary's role post yesterday. And to the additional stuff about that post, another thing I do a lot is throw out a vote or say I might vote for a person who hasn't been saying much in the thread because it tends to give them a reason to post. At that moment I wasn't thinking about the list, I was thinking "Woah, I didn't even realize allie was playing, what's up with that?"
 
Not like there's anything else I can say but repeat that I'm an NYC citizen, vanilla villager. I think this is a lot of paranoia-induced nitpicking that doesn't account for the fact that for much of the game I had no clue what was going on, you know, being a vanilla villager and all.

There wasn't a bandwagon at that point. Not only that, both zensing and WTF came super close to being lynched during that entire lynch cycle. So, the "not liking a bandwagon" really doesn't apply to the rogert lynch. Since there was need for a tie break and two other people nearly got lynched during that cycle.

There is a lot that can possible be gleamed from that one lynch cycle looking back on it.

And I am not doubting that I could just be paranoid, but looking back on the thread, there are red flags there.

The rogert lynch really should be looked at a bit more closely... just because we may find something in all of that.

Haven't I already said what Jil's ability is? If not, I imagine it is the easiest thing in the world to deduce.

If I recall I voted early in the cycle, Rogert already had a vote and that seemed to be the way people were leaning so I figured he would get a good number of votes over the course of the day simply because LIS had planned to lynch him. It didn't turn out as I expected (wasn't expecting the Zen votes, for instance, since she wasn't on LIS's list...if anything I figured there might be pressure on other people from his list) so yeah, it did turn out to be a good lynch to get info from. And the other reason, like I said, was that he had already provided a defense and I was hoping to get more people talking than just him.

So, are you thinking the people who voted for zen might be people to consider for lynching today? I would have to look back on who it was, to be honest.

Maybe. I was just looking back at that because typing that response made me realize how odd it was that Zen ended up tied for lynch instead of someone else from the list. This was the vote tally before WTF broke the tie.

I was just responding to DVMD's request for a reminder of who was on LIS's list. My current vote isn't following it.
 
Alternative is we could lynch Zen. If Zen is a wolf, I fully realize you're likely going to lynch me next but I don't have any defense except my role (or lack thereof). If not, at least we can get one of two suspicious people (i.e. me or Zen) off the table as potentials.

This reasoning is why I voted for her. Though I've been waiting to see if more people wanted to try FFM again today instead.

I had considered it, but I strongly feel like we have another follower to get rid of first. If I am wrong and we keep lynching ourselves, I will feel the ultimate fool.

So would it make more sense to have 3,3,2 or 4,2,2? If there is an original in the vanillagers, that would put either DVMD or WTF at odds for NY and the other way it would point to Zen the odd one out for DC. I just don't see WTF having said what she did with the rogert vote if she were a wolf, zen and dvmd both have the proper text supposedly for the PM. After my exchange with DVM, I am more confident she is village. What would throw all this off is if we do in fact have a wolf seer and they obtained to correct language of PM.

If you hadn't proven you were still villager, I would lynch you. Yesterday you were on the rojo is a wolf after that lynch cancel. I am still actually considering this myself.

And why would it put us two at odds? I don't see where WZ was cleared?

Not only that I am the ONLY person that posted the exact PM word language, others did so after I did or simply agreed that what I stated matched up with what they had.

I have no clue. Neither of those numerical configurations appeal to me 😛 but at the moment I feel like Zen makes the most sense because if she had decided to be clever it would be easy enough to say that DVMD's description was close to her own - she didn't post the full wording until today. Since the other DC citizens are dead we can't even confirm that it's correct.
 
Ok, so I get that we are looking at WZ for some bad play, but she at least is not an original. So I guess right now, it boils down to do we lynch according to who might be an original, who is the most likely convert, or say F it all and give FFM another go?
 
Are three nyc villagers dead? I would assume someone (not necessarily WTF) is lying about being nyc and someone from VA (mj most likely) was the third VA resident and was converted. So lying about who they are ruins the "there must be 3" theory. And by lying they protect their friend who false claimed NYC.

WZ, Doc, and MJ were all cleared by TP. They cannot be originals.

I really want to follow up on this and don't give a rat's ass if I get lynched as part of following this process. Because I honestly think there might be 3 of each, but that really doesn't add up with what we know so far.

Unless MJ, Jilary and WTF are all lying.
