I think if mods let an item be made this late in the game that actually resurrected a wolf with affiliation intact and with her counting towards wolf numbers, the game is broken.

So I am considering lupin as a non-issue as far as numbers go because I would rather think of the game as not broken.

Game is not broken. I asked about rezzes at the beginning of the game, was told, basically, "probably not, but definitely not right now."

When Hmoo died, I cajoled them into allowing it because she hadn't gotten hers off. Tried to make it the cancellation night, failed. Took two days to create and then sent out. It'd have gone out much closer to mid-game if I'd had my damn way... and I was explicitly disallowed from using it myself to make chaos, so had to send to someone. As you well know.
