Did anyone receive a scholarship along with the acceptance? I wonder if they send them out together or separately.
 
I haven't got a call or a package notification...assuming I'm waitlisted I guess? It sucks because I honestly thought my interview went so well

It doesn't show up either for me about the package. I still haven't gotten a call either. I thought my interviews went superbly and my stats are higher than the UPenn averages. I don't get it...
 
Got the call at 3:30pm, CA resident. She said acceptance package should arrive on Monday. Didn't mention anything about scholarship though

So if we didn't get a phone call, and we were very early in the cycle, does that mean rejection letter is on the way?

Not necessarily! In the past Corky used to say that she always tried to call geographically - she would start on the east coast and then head west. I believe in my year the calls might have even extended till the next day (don't quote me on this though!). Since calls started a little later in the day this year this could have pushed things back!
Penn also continues to interview for a bit so if you haven't hear back, just be patient! They could still be deciding!

In terms of scholarships, she usually lets you know if you've already been granted one when she gives you that phone call!

I got a UPS email saying I have a package coming from Penn on Monday but I didnt get the call yesterday..anyone know what this means?
 
You know, the best part about this school in my opinion is the international externships....so excited about those.
 
Interview coming up. Any tips? Is it open or closed file? I could not find that on any of the paperwork they gave me.
 
Does anyone know what the complete silence means? No rejection but also no interview yet and my application has been "under review" since late September and confirmed received in July
 
I interviewed in September but it has been complete silence since... i don't have a good feeling. Does anyone know if they send out notification letters to reject ppl they have interviewed?

I also haven't heard anything since my interview and am wondering the same thing.
 
They sent me an interview invitation this morning. Gonna have to call to find out the dates available.

Not sure when I completed the supplemental but I didn't get an email about me being under review until the beginning of the 2nd week of September

I have an upcoming interview at Penn. Anyone knows if the waitlist at Penn moves at all?
 
Of y'all that are choosing Penn, can you let me know how you're planning on paying off the loans and tackling the debt?

I would loveeeee to go here. And was accepted. But I'm just having a hard time coming to terms with paying over 3k/month for the next 20 years.

Does anyone know if UPenn accepts community class credit to fulfill their pre-requisite requirements? My friend took physics 1 at a 4-year university, but she took physics 2 at community college.

how man interview are there in a month? is it every other week or every week?

Just be patient! Unlike other schools we don't completely fill up the class on Dec 1!

Good luck! Interviewing past Dec 1 doesn't automatically put you on the wait list!
