Yeah, looking at that list, plenty are from 2 years ago when I first started playing, or are just bringing up other people making ties in very specific situations (when a wolf was up for lynch, etc.). List could have been better curated if you ask me. 😉

They're not always a good move, but they're always exciting. I was baptized with MJ for mentor and PBC as co-chaos, let's not forget.

Soooo, yeah...while trying to keep all the stuff with the tie from clouding my judgement, I still would have no problems lynching 3M today. We gained no information from the lynch yesterday, and today she has a soft vouch from someone I already consider sketch. However, I think I'm picking up subtleties about her ability and if it's what I think it is, I don't think it would be a good idea to lynch her but I could definitely be mistaken and it doesn't look like she's willing to reveal much else. So kind of stuck on what to do regarding 3M.

Meh, I know that's true. As I said, it's just the inconsistencies that I mentioned in my last post that are bugging me. I'm willing to give you a pass for now, but I'm keeping an eye on you.
 
Raf, have you and 3m talked about Britzen's role? Do you have the same take on it? Most likely village?

I do mean Raf. I posted this about her in my first reads post:

"Raf- not many feels aside from annoyance for their reasons on lynching me ("inconsistent posts" which...no), has accused britizen for repeating reasons people have already stated. As an aside, this annoys me because there are only so many new feelings we can have on a person and at some point the only thing people are going to be able to say are "me too". I'm sure some of my feels here are repeats."

So, just mild feels early on that have only grown due to her giving consistently weak reasons for thinking I'm sketchy. People seem to have backed off the initial reason though, mainly my whole claim early on that I would switch my vote off PBC to someone who hadn't checked in by the time I left for the evening. But everyone DID check in lol And pippy said the same thing, just hidden in a giant wall of text. So anyone using that reason to call me sketchy got automatic wolf points.

I thought I'd been blocked, but stolen ability sounds right too. Night after the big party night, I couldn't use my ability but wasn't told anything about it being stolen.

I'm just going to toss out a lynch allie for now, she's been on my list of suspicions for a few days now, and I can't seem to piece together how I feel on 3m/brit/raf right now. Going to take a nap for a bit then I'll be back.

Very chaos-hunty, vewry non-committal wolf reads, no clue of who she might be reading as village, and that does make me suspicious because wolves often refrain from telegraphing who they might "trust" because it narrows down their mislynch options.
Ski - nothing more than a feeling really
Cray - I need something to solidly put her in the village column before I dare to move her out of this list, and nothing like that has happened as of yet.
Ceke - I'm reading her as confused village on the surface, which is why she's in this category. Anyone who played that one game where I had to eat my hat should know why...

Middle of the road, not necessarily in order
BBC - Leaning village on her now. I don't really think a wolf would go to the effort of making that running vote tracker, though I would like to see some actual analysis from her on it.
Cyndia - We'll see how things go. Keeping an eye but I'm ok with her right now.
STL - hasn't found us a wolf yet. Pissed me off. Probably still a villager but since it's d5 and I have to lynch him before the end of the game per his request, I can't have him hanging out in my village category.
allie - separate thoughts to come later, I don't have much to say here right now
raf - same as allie
lotf - I don't want to put too much weight on surface things, but her post-death comment on AM gets her a couple points, and I'm not seeing anything significant to push her wolfy

Working on reorganizing this, I still feel pretty good about my village group but probably need to move some of my middle of the roaders up and obvs some of my wolfy peeps down.

I think I'm going to lynch cyndia

This is not in retaliation of her vote for me. And I'm not positive that someone out of the STL/WZ/cyndia triad is a wolf but in my mind there's a good chance and it's where I'm most comfortable placing my vote right now.
 
I'm pretty content with a cyndia or an allie lynch..
I don't have any strong evidence against either of them, but they're some of the few (also including LOTF and BBC) that I don't have any real reason not to lynch them.

Thanks, I appreciate that. I'll think about, but in all honesty I get that sometimes people just aren't good fits in certain games - I've had it happen before where I've started a RP with people, and it's turned out we just weren't a good match to game together, so cest la vie. I just don't want to make this game not fun for people because they have to be distracted by me bouncing off the walls with all over the place reads and ideas.
 
I'm going to be pretty bummed if the lynch starts going my way and I don't even have someone I can PM with to role reveal...super convenient :lame:

You don't make it not fun for me! I can't speak for others, but just because I don't always agree with your reads and will point out things that don't make sense to me, doesn't mean I don't like having you here!

Seriously, I think your wild ideas are a lot of fun, and lord knows I love arguing more than most anything, so there's nothing wrong with some disagreement. I really hope you keep playing, and I'd like to play the game you have planned too---your tabletop perspective and different way of thinking should make for a great time.
 
My head hurts trying to figure out my lynch vote...

I was still thinking 3M as my lynch vote, but her comments today aren't pinging my wolfdar and now raf is sorta-vouching for both her and Britz.

Something is a little weird with the Kam/STL/Dubz. I can kinda see myself voting for Kam, but I do agree the entire coming out and saying she has an extra vote before any comments would be dumb, particularly if it defended another wolf. I don't think she would do that.

Was there an answer from 3M on whether or not she had an action on her last night? (It was Britz redirected to 3M correct?)

I'm about to go isolate Allie's posts a bit and look at voting to see whether or not I could get on board with that.

For now (until further reading) lynch 3M
 
Re: my MOD message last night

Was told that I had used my ability on 3m instead of my intended target, and was then told that:

"Unfortunately you worked so much magic its seemed to have leaked away to someone else. You will not be able to use your ability tonight."

I assumed it was causal - ie the person causing the redirect was also responsible for my ability going to another person. Apparently that was not the case. If the lost ability wasn't due to 3M either, looks like I had 3 night actions against me?

Thanks again. I suppose the game I had planned is all ready to go, I guess it doesn't matter that much that part of the game mechanics have already been revealed (ie no chaos or neutral roles). For a first game I would be keeping it fairly simple.

Anyway, we've got some wolves to catch. 🙂
 
Hm... I could be okay for an Allie lynch. Voting record isn't looking too good.

D1 voted for PBC, bringing her back into a tie with Genny. Potential wolf-defense vote. As defense for the vote said a tie would be fun, though did nothing to alleviate the tie later in the day.
D2 jumped on the Genny lynch after the bandwagon already took off.
D3 jumped on Snowy bandwagon near the end.
D4 first to jump on 3M. If 3M is wolfy, I would give her a bit of village cred. If 3M is not a wolf, continues to make a non-great voting record.

Posts alone aren't making me feel particularly strongly one way or another. Would probably say posts are more villager than wolf overall.

Posting reads and contributing. However, on the recent big analysis post, lots of shade was being thrown at confirmed villager/non wolf players. Villagers are wrong all the time, but that doesn't make me want to ignore the voting record.

Before I start, yes this is reaching. However typically wolves are more likely to remember the abilities of the dead (especially when they are abilities the wolves would want to get rid of). I can interpret this as villagey since she didn't remember the exact player, or very slightly wolfy for jumping in and knowing that ability was no longer in the game.

Has made a couple off-handed comments like this that are pre-defensive about getting lynched. Not sure I remember her being like this in the other games I've played with her, but someone else can fill me in.

That's good to know, thanks. As long as I'm not making it not fun for people to play I'm okay with that. I'm just not a very analytical type person, I don't know how those in the game who keep track of stats and everything else do it to be honest.

My best advice is not to take anything people say in WW games too seriously. I mean hell, I flipped out at STL, that doesn't mean I hate him (outside the game of course. Still mad at him in the game. Even though he's dead.). Just because we get salty and harsh in game doesn't mean we don't like you 😉

Still like Britzen but will behave if you make me 🙁

Like LIS and Allie so far, with some yes Cyndia and some no Cyndia thrown in.

I like STL a whole bunch but I swear he turns me into a raging Bopper 9 games out of 10.

I get that, it was the same with roleplaying - out of character everyone was friends and got on great, as soon as we went IC it was a totally different story.
