I was in a similar situation compared to you with this question so I'll summarize what I put. I basically talked about the online research I did on the school myself (mentioned their curriculum and extracurricular activities) and how even though I had not spoken to a representative or alumni, my research made me confident that the school was a good fit for me. I was offered an interview so I am assuming they liked that answer
