I'm sure you guys will hear either today or tomorrow, if not then everyone will just have to go with the flow because something unexpected probably happened. Just try to keep your mind off it (I know, practically impossible).
 
where are u getting the offer is it in email or a portal. I have not got one yet 🙁

also what time was it sent?

I really want this school.

I actually think it may be easier to fly into Iowa airport since University of Illinois is very far from Ohare and Midway.

They have airport information on their website 🙂 Just follow the link for the schedule and it should be easy to find from there!

Thanks! I got too excited that I just skimmed the rest of the email :angelic:. Now I'm scared of potentially having to drive in snowy conditions. I've never been in or seen snow before!!! (I blame living in CA and my parents never wanting to take vacations as a child haha).
 
so I am assuming they sent out all their interviews today at around 4:45pm? You guys think that means if you didn't get one your not getting one? This is so frustrating and nerve racking. I don't know how this school sends out there invites.
 
Nothing here. 🙁 I'm thinking it's a no for me this year, which is a little surprising since I got an interview last year, but I'm also a bit relieved I don't have to choose between K-State and Illinois! I'll call either tomorrow or Monday to find out my status for sure, but I never got the email about making it to phase II either.
 
Does anyone know a good site to get familiar with interview questions for Illinois?

On the interview day they'll tell you not to share the questions with anyone, it's part of the school's honor code and I'm pretty sure they use the same questions every year. But there are some past questions in the interview feedback section on here, possibly before they had that policy, that I found helpful. It's a closed file behavioral interview, so also just Googling "behavioral interview questions" will give you a general idea of what to expect. 🙂

My interview was incredibly short last year, about 10 mins (it went longer because I talked to them after they finished their questions). I can tell you that around half was behavioral.
 
Any current students or people familiar with the area know of reliable transportation options from Chicago O'Hare or Midway to Urbana?
 
Quick question, in order to accept the interview invitation it says to send an e-mail with your name and VMCAS number in the subject line. Are you guys not writing anything else in the actual email then? Also, congratulations to everyone on the interviews 🙂

That shows how well I read that email. I'll have to resend my confirmation email tomorrow.
