But like
They sent out letters BEFORE you got that email. So they would have needed your transcript BEFORE making a decision. Yeah sure it’s possible you did get in, but this isn’t a good indication of status.

I know. Just so weird to be getting notified now. I would have thought that it would have gone through earlier since they did need them. I'm not saying it's a good indication or anything like that. I'm just curious.

The waiting is killing me. I feel like if they mailed them out two days ago someone in state should at least be getting their letter today.

I believe that everyone got theirs on March 1 my interview year, regardless of location.

I got my letter!!! Although I'm working a double today so won't be home to look until later!

So, Im OOS, but go to school in IL and they sent my letter all the way home to Colorado 🙁 so now I have to wait even longer to know. The wait is KILLING ME!!

Do they send them to our permanent address or our current address?

I would assume current since that’s where you said you’ll be. That to me seems most logical but who knows where the logic is sometimes

I think they said that they send emails out a couple days after the letters! So maybe it won’t be toooo much longer for you to know!

I hope so. I really don’t want my parents to open it first haha

I honestly can't wait to go home and open the damn letter!!! I'M SO ANXIOUS!
God, that would about have killed me knowing it was sitting at home waiting for me.

When I applied, we had an online portal (and for that matter, all decisions I got for all schools were via email). I was able to check my online portal the day they posted decisions and I got my letter like a week later.

Congrats to those hearing back!! Please don't judge me when you're on clinics with me

No letter in Chicago, according to my pops. Guess I'll panic with the rest of you guys tomorrow!

I know this might be a little early, but I am looking for 2-3 first year roommates while I am on clinics next year. Please let me know if you are interested! I will be gone often and am hoping to leave you guys with my furniture and the house.

When I called them to ask what address they sent it to I also asked about emails she said they don't send them, that they only send hard copies :/

Weird..... because at the morning info session dr foreman definitely said they were sending emails and that they’d go out a few days after they mailed the letters so that the letters get to you first. I even had that written in the few things I wrote down from it  so maybe she just was mistaken?? :xf:

I know last year they said they weren’t doing them because the only person who apparently knew how was either out for a couple months or retired and no one else knew how to send them out...
