For the application, do they require you to send in the recommendation cover sheet along with the secondary? My LOR is a committee letter that goes out from the school. Should I just send in the waiver on its own?

If you have a committee then you don't need the cover sheet. Isn't that in their directions?

i didn't send it in. i did interfolio. i am now complete at pitt with no mention of it. i signed a waiver when my letter writers sent their letters into interfolio.
