It says that's the initial thing they look at, then if you're a good candidate they then look at your essays, experience and letters. After that's when you get an interview invite. What I'm gathering is the acceptance or denial will be more off of the interview itself.I'm curious of the chances getting accepted after being offered an interview? I'm reading some posts from last Spring that people were offered interviews but were rejected. I feel like once your given an interview, the looks at your grades/application is over and they just want to see how you really are in person? I'm just anxious for this interview and hope to get accepted :X Hope someone can shed some light on this, lol.
