I’m (F) probably going to get a hotel room 1/30-1/31 at courtyard Marriott in Pullman. HMU if anyone wants to split.

If you get the Marriott sign up for their bonvoy card and they’ll give you a $250 statement balance. That’s what I did when I went to Arizona and I only had to pay $30.

I have a rental so can do either unless you have opinions on the parking? (I.e. is it impossible/expensive?)

It’s about $7.20 ish a day, so not terrible for just interviews!

I emailed WSU last night. They said a majority of interview invites were sent out last week. There is a small number to be sent out today however. Applicants who were denied admission will receive a letter in the mail.

There is hourly in the parking garage across from Bustad and 2 metered spots in the main Bustad lot

I'm also just glad that they don't require the pass to be printed out anymore lol. That was such a pain in the butt

I’m assuming at this point that I will not be receiving an interview offer lol. Congrats to everyone who got an interview! Y’all will do amazing!!!
 
Congrats to everyone who got an interview! And to those who didn't - fingers crossed that you hear good news from other places soon if you haven't already.

I'll be lodging in Pullman the night of Jan 26th if anyone wants to split the cost. I will also have a rental car for the 26th-27th (flying in and out of Spokane). PM me if interested.
 
Do yall this it’s necessary to rent a car? Or does Pullman have Lyft/Uber?
 
Does anyone know which dates they are offering interviews? I got an invite but am having trouble with affordable airfare. I was thinking of asking them if they could change my date, but wanted to know if any of the other options were even better for me first.

They normally do interviews M-F of that week so you can ask
 
I have USPS informed digest, and I see my rejection letter arriving today. It's postmarked 12/16/19 for anyone who is still waiting. 😱

I figured mine was taking a little longer to arrive to NY too 😵
 
Has anyone had any experience or know of anyone with any experience of conducting a phone interview with WSU?

I dont think they grant phone interviews unless its extreme circumstances ie serving in the military. I would call them and talk to admissions directly if that's the way you are trying to go as I have not heard of anyone ever doing a phone interview and ambassadors get quite a bit of info on admissions so we can answer questions for prospective students.
