We apologize for any inconvenience and unnecessary stress a recent technical glitch has caused for many of you. Our system did an emergency back up and update on Friday evening last week. At that time, many of your application status pages went from showing that we had received your GRE or MCAT scores to showing as an outstanding application item. Our IT department is working hard to restore those items correctly. Please allow a day or two for your checklist to be updated on the Application Status page.
For all others, if your VMCAS application has not yet been imported into our system, we encourage you to contact VMCAS to learn if your application has completed the verification process. File review began late last week and continues now. Candidates whose applications were submitted to VMCAS on or around the September 29th deadline can expect to hear from us regarding the processing of their application within the next three weeks.
