I feel like she's always talked this much, but does seem to be coming off a bit more headstrong on wolf hunting. Not sure what to make of it.

yeahh my gut is thinking it's slightly sketch, but I also feel like it's a little strong of a play for a wolf on day 1.
I feel like there are a bunch of people who haven't said much. Coop is at least saying things.

AM always seems sketchy to me, but that might just be how she talks (well, types, making my read on her likely less accurate)
Jil being really adamant about statistics, despite dropping it, was weird imo
I've never played with Coopah, Pippy, Ski, or Lyra (and others obviously, but again this just off the top of my head), so I'm still trying to get a read on them
I try to do the same things as a wolf and villager, meaning if a villager me would do it, a wolf me should do it. So lines of thinking like this, especially if referring to a veteran player, is bunk
But Ny does have the same chance, which is why we aren't letting it go... Each game is independent as long as the mods are fair with their selection of stuff...
I felt like Lyra's comment was weird too, but since I haven't played with her I figured I'd give her the benefit of the doubt
Also, to everyone saying retaliation votes are bs, I am calling bs on that. Vote for whatever reason you want. I wouldn't classify mine as retaliation per say, but is totally based off previous games and has nothing to do with what I think of stl's wolf vs villager status
i would hope that everyone knows that getting me into an argument is the way to make me talk in these games. most of the before-your-time veterans know that for sure.

One instance in one game. You should know that isn't my usual play as wolf or villager. This Monday is the start of me working 10 days straight and my first day off I'm leaving the country, so there is a good chance I will have some less active days, especially next Saturday and Sunday when I work all day by myself. So if you choose to lynch me on one of my busy days, congrats, you will get a villager lynched.
Normally this type of aggressive behavior off the bat from coop would have me leaning slightly village, but the fact that she's gone after two people who are known easy lynch targets does have me keeping an eye on her.
Little known fact, I actually love stats. It's the most fun puzzle to figure out! I wouldn't have gone off on a small diatribe if AM hadn't said Ny was no more likely than the rest of us to be a wolf. I had forgotten about the point rojo brought up about two (or really in this case one) roll of the die has already been taken, so it changes things a bit.
I'm almost beginning to feel like some of you are egging me on with the stats talk. If you don't want me to talk about it, then stop bringing it up. I do feel it's more useful than the avatar discussion though. I also agree it's weird @LadyOtheFarm is in the lead and hasn't checked back in.

I don't count it. Not only was it over half a year ago, my dog went missing for the duration of the game and I was preoccupied with that. I couldn't tell you a single thing that happened in that game. And before you tell me to read it, I'm not going to. I don't feel like reliving the time period of my dog being gone.
So obviously speaking from a place of inexperience, but I'm getting stronger feels off of Coopah and to a somewhat lesser extent AM than off of other folks. Both seem a little aggressive for D1.
With coop, it can be normal. Gotta focus more on analysis after the fact sometimes for me to really read her. AM is also a mixed bag. Good luck to you on figuring out which side you end up on with that. 🙂
I'm talking about retaliation votes as in "ny was a wolf last game and wolves won so I'm voting for her now." I don't think that is true for everyone that is voting for her (ex. I don't believe that is the basis for LIS voting for her) but I do think several people are voting for her for that reason, which is just poor logic/judgement imho.

Yes yes, I forgot about the rule about the die that have already been rolled, again, ww is also more complicated than rolling dice. Part of me wishes I still had access to spss and I could run some better stats, but I don't have the time or resources at this time.

I thought he was a wolf his second game, but did 'not a kitty' on the game where he payed using Coopah's account? Not that it really matters here.
Mr. Coop used it during the speed game (as a villager) as well and was on his way to being lynched for it.
I appreciate that. Also, just in case you hadn't seen it, I edited my last post to say that I wasn't assuming you'd make me reread the game. I was just covering my bases; perhaps someone else would have suggested I read it or something. I don't know. I just said it to say it.

Point 1: You are not an easy lynch target, and I almost NEVER go after AM and I would not consider her an easy lynch target anymore. She said something sketch (to me), and I called her on it. That's not going after easy lynch targets.
Point 2: Preemptively making excuses for being busy is weird. Everybody is on the same page, being busy doesn't mean you're not a wolf, it doesn't mean you're a wolf, it doesn't mean jack. You could fake being busy as a wolf or actually be busy. It bears next to nothing on the game, so just kinda pointless to bring up IMO.
Point 3: Already claiming we'd be "lynching a villager" feels off to me. I think you're sketch. My vote is staying right were it is until someone else sketches me out more.
So are we all really sold on the current top candidates? I do feel it is better to try and consolidate on three to get the best estimate of where to go from here.

I'm not sold on them. I'm not totally opposed to LotF since she still hasn't checked back in. I think I'm one of the people in the #3 spot, so obviously I'm not ok with that and I've said it enough that I'm pretty sure everyone knows I think retaliatory votes on Ny are BS.
Valid point about STL, but I would love to see you analyzing other people and helping village. Not saying it'd convince me, but it would sure help.

I was commenting on the fact that you have improved as a player as noted in the previous game, but I'm not sure I'm an easy target either, but certainly a common one, especially D1.
I'm not sold on LOTF (seems like a lot of that is based on avatar, and I think there's enough to go off of to vote based on presence / interaction). Jilary is not feeling all that sketch to me, and of course I'm not feeling sketch to me
I'm going to unlynch genny, lynch AM because AM doesn't usually read sketch to me in old game threads but feels a little sketch now, but doing that with reservations because people read AM as sketch all the time and that's not always fair or meaningful. Could waffle.
I want to hear more from Coop and AM and I want to look at people with good WW histories who are suspiciously quiet, but I don't have a feel for that! Anyone who knows more than me want to expand that conversation?
