Haha. Yes, I have 2.5 more hours until lynch deadline. For me it's 30 minutes and I was freaking out about catching up on all the posts!

So I am willing to be swayed if there is ANY info out there. My vote is purely RNG.
 
I think we had this happen in the Tortall game where our investigator was the first to go. I highly doubt cuit would share that she was a seer without investigating someone, more likely it was a lucky guess on the wolves part.

Something struck me as off about nohika though back on the first page when the election was being discussed. At first she asked if she could vote for herself, but then didn't. Then there were only two other votes for SNS (who isn't in her group group, just in her landscape type) she went ahead and voted for sns instead of herself. Just seemed like she was quick to pass on the leader role. Not a lot to go on, but all I've got at the moment and I have to go to work.

I'm tempted by the idea of the trees looking at Abney. That would be a very ingenious way of having a crazy person tell us who was a wolf.

Buuuut....the EC said they're not looking at her anymore. ?

Maybe the trees are spies that investigate and report to EC?? Not sure they could look at more than one person a day though :shrug:

Maybe that really is how EC wanted to tell us who killed last night? But then she didn't want to make it too obvious and said the trees aren't looking at her anymore? I don't know. But it's one of the few things we have to go on, so..

I'm gonna think a little more and then vote. Hopefully something better will come up.

That'd be neat. Like she can only use them when it's the forest, and can only look at one person each day that the World is in ForestMode.

But I'm still not sold that Abney's a wolf, if they trees would look at her, and then stop looking at her. Unfortunately I think EC's gotten an odd item/role...which I'm chalking up to hallucinations right now, :laugh:

This is true. I think right now I'm leaning towards Nohika. But I wish EC would get on here and talk about the trees some more!

I highly doubt there is only one person with investigation, although as we learned in the Tortal game (I think it was called) and all the other games, EVERY one clears someone else with their investigative powers 🙄

I'm heading into a work meeting, but should be back before lynch. I can be persuaded to change this vote if someone has something better. I just prefer to go off something (even if it's kinda silly) than use RNG.

Not silly. I have been wondering about that too. Haven't heard from EC in a PM about trees...our group just did the hey what's up thing and she sounded normal, but all the italicized words about looking right at abney, and now not anymore was sort of odd.

Anyone has something better, I will for sure change, but for now Lynch Abney...better than a RNG...

The last 2 games have nothing to do with this game, so I thought it was a really weird defense. I also thought it was a hasty defense after a random contingency vote with 39 votes to go...

I will not be on for much of the day. I have an exam to study for, a Dr. appt, and work from 2-11pm est. I will do my best, but I have 6 exams between now and the 13th :scared: so I may miss some stuff. No WW game is worth me not matriculating in the fall! 😎
 
I gotta get to work so I'm going to have to vote now. I agree with Emiloo about wolfspeaker's posts being a bit fishy. It stood out to me as well. I'm hoping to be back by the second lynch cycle.

I'm lecturing for two hours today (ugh!) So I won't be back until around noon, then it's biopsy duty, but I'll be turning this over in my head....

Did Abber protect someone last night?

EC must have a role or item as the trees and can see what happens.

If its a role, then she might be a different part of the terrain each time the mysterious planet changes and can see what goes on.

If it's an item, we will be able to tell once someone else gets it.
 
To me it just seemed like she was disappointed to be up for the lynch again after the last game she's played. And I feel bad because one of those lynchings was kind of my fault. :laugh:

But EC didn't say anything about Abney besides them looking at her. She mentioned the trees are also looking at Abber and want to hug her. I feel like she could have mentioned something if Abney was bad.
 
I think it may be an item. She is hippie like in PMs too.

You don't have to call me a hippie just because you can't see the strange and wonderful beauty of this forest. The eyes are looking worried now, glancing around at everyone. They're looking at...WOAH! LOOK at that glow effect! It's...mesmerizing...:lame:
 
Okay so now that I have had some time to look at the 8 billion pages since night results were posted, here are my thoughts:

I think a basilisk killed cuitz last night. "all the person had to do was look at xxx and could kill" that screams basilisk to me

Also, EC - are you trying to say you think Abney did the killing? As in the trees were looking at her/eyes on her last night and saw it? Or is your role to speak like a tree higher whenever the planet is forest-like?

PetPony, the eyes are glaring at you now...I know I said they're just pretty but it's a little scary now...I don't think our peaceful planet likes all this angry lynchy business just because the trees happened to look at someone.

The trees are growing faster...it's kind of intimidating. :whoa:

OK so it looks like there is a fungus called Foxfire that grows and glows in the forest. Just thought I'd throw that out there since we're talking about the glowing thing.
