Apparently the bow and arrow has to be used or passed on.
I don't want it to pass to a wolf so I am inclined to use it.

I will use it to kill someone who you guys decide, but not someone on the cleared list.

I will randomly start with
shoot trematode

Sounds like a good plan. I had the bow at the beginning of the night and passed it to cuitlamiztli. I was hoping she wouldn't announce having it and use it which would help me prove she is a wolf, but she posted about it and past it so she is a little less guilty now in my book.

Well that is the same thing we are doing with the lynchings, just picking random people who we don't know to be tributes. Not like we have anything to go off of and the game has to move on. I'd much rather have the bow and arrow in your hands than a wolves, so better to hang on to it, I'd say.

It doesn't seem that anyone has actually used the bow and arrow yet. Maybe when you use it you'll only just injure the person rather than kill them. I guess that still doesn't do any good if you pick a tribute by accident though...

I guess if its done its done. I find it weird that you were forced to use it since it has already been passed between three people in one night cycle and usually only stays with one person a night from what people have been reporting. No one has actually admitted to using it. It makes me really suspicious that the reason no one died was because no one used the bow, and we really are just killing each other every night. Maybe, maybe not.

I would have vouched for Packen. I am 80-90% sure she is a tribute from our communication. Either that or I have been played like I have never been played before in this game.🙁 We shall see.

I was hoping to catch up today before school/work because I don't know how much time I will have. I wasn't expecting night to not be over...😕

Hopefully extending the night will extend the day as well. I don't want to go through another day cycle without being able to put in my lynch vote. I should be able to keep up with reading and will post as much as I can as time permits, but I leave for class in 30 min and work until almost midnight.

As for the bow and arrow use it or lose it comment, I think she's trying to get us to make some actions and get the ball rolling. Up to this point, we've all been too chicken**** to use it (myself included, of course, this is not meant as an insult to anyone 😀) No one wants to accidentily kill a tribute, but were lynching tributes EVERY DAY, so what choice do we have?

I wanted to start a "vote" going, but no one gave me any advice. So I thought instead of picking someone I had very vague concerns, I'd just go random.

I really didn't have time to consider it carefully. Maybe not my finest hour.

I think we should try to get a consensus for tonight. I prefer the majority tributes pick who to off, at least we have a chance to kill a wolf, rather than the wolves who if they get it will 100% be able to kill a tribute.

I'm pretty sure I would have done the same thing in that situation. No one can really judge you without being in the situation themselves. At least you DID something with it this time. No one else ever did! So kudos to you! 👍

Since I have not been told I am dead I may as well share all my thoughts now - maybe like a dying breath type thing.

I guess if its done its done. I am also more and more suspicious that the goal of the game is to kill ourselves (like in the real hunger games)... The night I didn't do anything with the Bow and arrow, no one died and the Capitol took action by sending a swarm of tracker jackers.

Plus just another dying thought - MUTTATIONS. In the book they are mutant wolves that were created from the DNA of the dead tributes. Just throwing it out there. BTW, if I come back a muttation, SOV you are my first target 😛

Maybe we need to investigate those people stung. Maybe they were punished by dyachei for not PMing her with their nightly kill.

I don't think it was you. When I made no action with it during the night, the next morning I just got a PM that I'd lost it. I didn't have to say 'no action'. Unless you said said you were going to use it and when she PMed to select a target you just haven't answered.
