That's kind of why I don't feel too bad about using a random number generator right now. I mean, obviously evidence would be much preferable, but any "evidence" we have right now is very shaky at best. I'm hoping we get a real lead soon.

I know I haven't posted all that much, but that's mostly due to the fact that someone always says what I am about to before I can! That, and when things go crazy I'm usually away from the computer. I didn't check the forum until noon today and missed so much! I'm trying to be as active as possible though. 🙂

In the book the pin is a mockingjay pin given to Katniss by Madge. It's the item Katniss brings into the arena to remind her of her home. The pin originally belonged to Madge's aunt who died as a tribute in one of the games. I don't know what it could do in the game but that's the background on the pin from the book.

Ok going along with the "things" theme, and not having read the books really, trusty Wiki helped me make this list of potentials:
- Katniss' skill with a bow and arrow
- The bread from Rue's district
- Mockingjay pin
- Survival pack
- The poisonous berries that Peeta and Katniss were going to use to commit suicide.
-Jabbeyjays
-Tracker jackers

Thoughts? Do people who have read the books think any of those items we haven't seen might be important in this game?
