i had her as more village, but it seems odd that she thinks she was jailed/protected when coop seems to think its a blocking mech. perhaps the anonymous source can clarify?

Lynching Genny would mean that we're assuming there was a kill attempt at all last night. With a possibility of conversion-in-lieu-of-kill, I'm not willing to play that guessing game right now.


The bolded assumption is village code. Pippy specifically said don't read into wording of results. Also keep in mind that there are two mods, who have different mod flair. You may have gotten your results from Pippy, I got mine from Jboo. This line of questioning is moot and will not help us.

You don't think genny was subtly implying she was a kill target? Perhaps there was a conversion and she is trying to cover it up by saying she was the target of a kill attempt, or to reference this later. She could be doing this as either original or convert

And that second part was my point. If there were two bouncers, it might make sense that each is written differently. But I don't believe two would be acting during the day. So there is just a different pattern from a single bouncer who can act day and night (this is my conclusion)

After clarification from the mods: I was not blocked last night, but I am currently being blocked which will end with lynch close. So it sounds like the bouncer can block during the day on odd days and the night on evens

Is this quote below the "knowledge of how the bounce works" part? Because it sounds speculative either way (genny was blocked from killing or a conversion happened) unless it is the quote that the topmost quote is referring to.

But where does coop have knowledge of how the bouncer works? I'm not finding that part. The only way Genny walks away village is if the bouncer does prevent one from being killed (like we potentially saw with WZ). That is where my confusion is coming in.

Nope. So I got nothing really to save myself with, other than my undying honesty and love of tap dancing.

I’ve been reading genny village and Bouncer acting like a jailer (kill protection and blocking) seems to explain WZ’s immunity from the Vig shot as well as Genny potentially being the kill target not the killer.

@Coopah i get what you’re saying. Someone is blocked + no night kill = blocked person must have been the wolf doing the kill.

I would normally agree but the first wolf was also lynched yesterday so the potential for the no kill being explained by a conversion is a viable possibility that murks up the above equation, so I think it’s worth evaluating genny on things other than the blocking. On that point she feels village to me so I’m not going to vote there.

It was WWar for the Imperium of Man like 6 months ago. It was TG who was a wolf. I got you both mixed up because you both start with T and tend to have a terse style. You'll notice in that game, where I was a big village bad ass, I made the exact same point about your gameplay as I did here, and I also said it was part of your "wolfy meta." Not sure if you corrected me or not.
