I think there may be at least 1 'student only' day. Where we will find out about societies etc. idk though I don't think anyone at UA would oppose you bringing your family at all. They are great people here. I would say wait for the email which should come in February sometime then you could email/call the office of its not clear

I would think you probably went into full committee review and they didn't take you outright but your file will be stacked against those who keep rising to the top. I wouldn't lose hope since the class is still only about ½ full and that includes people who will take offers to other schools
 
Received my 3rd Pre-II review letter today... glad to hear others are hearing the same.
 
Anyone from the December 4th or 5th interviews not receive any kind of email?
 
I applied here OOS, confirmed that everything had been received on 9/28. I see all this talk about "hold emails", yet I have not received any form of communication from the adcom concerning my application since submission. Have I been rejected, or what does this mean for me?

Have you checked your portal on the website? There is a record there of any correspondence they've had and for some reason it could have missed your email.

Same for me. I have checked the portal and there is no indication of correspondence.

I have checked it about once a week and I've gotten nada since my 9/28 submission. Idk what is going on, but I haven't been rejected, so... Positive thoughts :nailbiting:?!?

The beer in the glass may be getting flat, but it's still looking half full to me!
 
last interview date is February 19. If any of you (like myself) are on the hold and you don't get invited within the next 2 weeks, its pretty much a bust. Only way then on out is a cancellation.

In my interview they told us that they would be interviewing 420 people this year which is fewer than last year. There were 40 people at my interview day. I am not sure how many interview days they have left.
 
Just got an email stating that I am still being considered for II. Although this wasn't an II, I'm happy it wasn't a straight out rejection. Even if there's little hope, there's still hope.🙂
 
Received an update today stating that final notification of II's will be made no later than February 12th.
 
Just got my II! I really thought it was all over...can't describe the elation right now! Any advice or thoughts about the experience from those who have already interviewed? I'm in state, but located in Phoenix.

Thanks in advance and good luck to those still awaiting response, my heart goes out to you! Waiting is some serious torture.

Congrats! still waiting for a response from them too after the pre-II hold 🙂

+1. I did think it was funny to receive this when it states there is only a month left but it beats silence!
 
Congrats to all who got IIs today! Anyone who has already interviewed heard anything lately? It's been like a month and I'm getting antsy 😀
 
Anyone already on pre-II hold receive any email updates today? I've been on hold for a bit, but haven't received any updates.

I've been on hold since November and got another hold email in December. Have yet to receive anything this month.. yet lol

Great, I was worried when I didn't receive another hold email now. Glad to know there's someone else in the same boat!

Doesn't seem like they've sent out any post interview decisions this month. I interviewed in November and have received one "being considered/under review" emails.

Same here. Interviewed 11/21, got an under review email a couple days before Christmas and nothing since.
 
+3! But interviewed early October. Have received two "you are now under review emails" but other than that silence.
 
Any thoughts on bringing a resume to the interview? I'm currently revamping mine...maybe I'm being too over prepared?
 
Interviewed in the beginning of December and have not received any kind of email. Anybody in the same boat?
 
I interviewed in mid-November and haven't even gotten an email stating I'm under review. It does state that I'm under review in the portal, though. No other updates.

Nah. You have to put everything in a locker anyways so no need to bring anything.

I'll share my info from last cycle and maybe that will help everyone.
9/8/14 received secondary
11/7/14 submitted secondary
12/2/14 II!!
(12/20/14 had a baby!!)
1/24/15 interview

received weekly updates saying my app was still in the running, and nearly had a heart attack every time since the subject was "acceptance update".

4/10/15 final decisions were sent out. i was rejected, but a good friend who had interviewed in 11/2014 was accepted. just goes to show that being in the running really can end in success!

Last interviews take place in Feb, so yes I'm assuming any hold given out this month is basically a rejection.

The last interview date on the scheduling tool is Feb 26, so I think this next week might hold some II's. I know nothing since it is my first time, but if the 2 weeks prior thing holds true, IIs should still be coming through Jan and perhaps early Feb. Good luck everyone!!!
