Post-II R. Interviewed back in September, 2 days after having ACL reconstruction surgery. Was loopy off my meds and in terrible pain; the interview went awfully. Not surprised at all. Lesson to future applicants: reschedule your interview if it means being in the right physical and emotional state! Don’t try tough it out like I did.

last year most people got the postII Rs and WLs on the same day (a friday) but a few acceptance calls trickled in the following week. the year before, someone got a call after WL/Rs were sent out? this is stressful brah

I know we’re not supposed to expect much from med schools admissions in terms of sensitivity and humanity, but this would actually be an insane practice to roll out post-II R’s in waves. They don’t need to be doing all that LMAO

I won’t put anything past them, how many people do they take? At most they send like 180 As. I called more people than that in a single shift at my uni’s fundraising center 😤 Why do they need so many days with such long breaks between calls!! They don’t need to stretch it out but they do

I don't think they have a particular bias for IS/OOS so i doubt they would separate them... more likely to be sampling bias here imo but who knows
