No, they haven't told me at all. All they told me was that I am going back to committee again on Friday. I'm eager to email them to ask how long it's going to be until I get a decision.

I'm inferring from the email that I've been accepted, but I don't want to assume!
In summary what the email said was that a decision has been reached, but they can't tell me because the letter hasn't been signed yet. It continued to say that I will get my decision the day my letter has been sent out of the post office. What I'm inferring is it's an acceptance letter, because I don't understand why they would take the time to send a rejection letter in the mail and then tell me about it. Lol
Nothing! Still waiting for my out of committee email... 🙁 If your application didn't qualify for the PARP and went back to committee then that means that they like you and didn't want to give you a rejection. Good luck!

If I am not mistaken, during my interview Ms. Walk said that they tell you about their decision one week after the out of committee email is sent. But, I read in previous posts that this is not the case for everyone.
A few weeks ago, I called IT at Howard about if my HU email was set up. They said that we won't be assigned a school email until we have registered for at least one class (which will happen during orientation.)

The Howard Pre Admission Academic Reinforcement Program (PARP) is a program that is funded by an HCOP grant. This program allows students to spend six weeks taking abbreviated medical school coursework. Subject matter is in the areas of Gross Anatomy, Biochemistry and Microbiology/Immunology. The instructors are rising second year medical students who have done extremely well in their first year coursework. In addition to the courses, students are given counseling and study skills instruction. Books along with room and board are provided at no cost to the student. Upon successful completion of this program, students are offered a seat in the incoming class (medical and dental). The program moves very fast and is very demanding. Testing and coursework are fairly rigorous but not the equivalent of a semester of medical school since there are only three courses. The program has three faculty coordinators and two retention specialists who work with the students on sharpening academic skills. Most students who complete PARP do well during first year and head into second year (medical and dental) with a strong foundation to do well. If you have been selected to take part in PARP, you should jump on this program as quickly as possible and you will start first year with huge advantage. Congrats!! Depends on your budget. And whether you're interested in having a roommate. And how far away you're willing to live. There should be some fairly affordable places in Petworth and Columbia Heights which is just 3-4 metro stops away. If you're willing to spend more money 1300-1800 you could look in the area around Howard (called Shaw) and other areas. Maybe a basement apartment or a small studio. I'd recommend visiting before you move, scoping out some places and getting a feel how far you're willing to live. There are also a few places on the edge of Maryland and Virginia where you could get some fairly reasonable prices but it'd be a somewhat annoying commute (30-45min (maybe hour) by subway or car).
Are we all supposed to hear back by May 1st?

I received my acceptance email today! Just some info: I interviewed Feb 1st, and I got my OOC email on Monday.

I received the OOC letter Monday and then the decision Wednesday.
Are they still interviewing?
Nope they are not. The last interview day was April 26th.

Yes I received the OOC email last Monday (4/24), interviewed 3/28.
Has anyone who interviewed 3/29 heard back?
Did they give any information on when the alternate list begins to move?
They just sent out some emails saying they expect by the end of the week to have some movement
