Nah, it’s pretty volatile. I don’t think anyone cares about it too much in the medicine world. It matters for layperson clout and that’s it. Yale’s match list was spectacular when they were lower on US News, and it’ll be spectacular next year, too

I emailed a couple weeks ago and they got back and said the earliest that there would be movement in in early May. They said they couldn't really tell me about historical movement, or give me an estimate if there will be any movement either.

Hi all. Just committed to Yale! I just wanted to confirm that all we need to do is click commit to enroll on the Yale admissions portal / pay the deposit, and also click plan to enroll on Yale on AMCAS (I will commit to enroll on AMCAS once the option opens up). Is there anything else that needs to be done by the deadline today?

Do people think WL movement would start this weekend or on Monday?
Historically WL movement at Yale seemed to start on May 1st, no matter the day of the week, with phone calls going to 6:30 PM eastern time. This is the “anything goes” cycle though, so who knows exactly what will happen. Good luck everyone!
