any time a school highly recommends something, you should do it… for med school apps, i interpreted highly recommended as required

Anyone know when they begin to send secondaries? I heard if you get a secondary here its a guarenteed interview.

they’ll send a secondary if they want to interview you! i’m not sure when they start sending secondaries but it will probably be sometime soon! i got my secondary at the end of september and interviewed about 1.5 weeks later i think

Are the interviews in person? So submit in september end and then got the interview?

It said in the email they prefer in person and most will be in person except for a limited few in the spring

i would 100% do in person if possible, you get to see the campus, meet staff and students, and it’s just a good way to get the vibe of the school

i would take casper just bc it’s “strongly recommended” which essentially means it’s required in med school speak lol
