Anything is possible this year! They're moving WAY faster than their 2025 Applicant Timeline, which was strictly adhered to in years past. OOS people typically didn't interview until January and December A's weren't sent out before the scheduled date iirc.

I'm honestly beginning to question if more people will hear back sooner than years past. It's encouraging they've been sending A's the past few days.

So it seems like they didn’t send out early acceptance for Arkansas residents yesterday like it says on the application timeline?
 
Y’all think the dec 7 interview crew will hear back by Jan 15?

Last month they were a couple days early, but I don't know about the odds of a whole week early. I wouldn't count on it. But I would welcome the surprise.

I just completed my OOS interview, was NOT expecting to be interviewed by Dean Webber
 
Is there an accepted student group chat of any kind yet?
 
Anyone know if this school accepts letters of intent? Considering sending one via email and I can't find any information on this.

omg wait i didn't know this and sent mine shortly after jan 15, i was told it was added to my file... i hope it actually was. I'm out of state tho and ik they review ours in February so not sure if its different

If they told you it should be, don't worry! I think it may be different for me because I'm in-state. If you want you could call them and ask to confirm-- best of luck to you future doc <3 : )

Did they email you back saying it was added to your file? I sent an update letter/letter of intent back in December as an OOS interviewee but did not get any confirmation that it was added to my file.

yes, they emailed me the next morning confirming it was added to my file

I feel like decisions will start coming out this Thursday or Friday… but that’s just based on the past few years. I feel like they want to tell a date and go before it. But after months, what’s a couple extra days

Between this and the winter weather today and tomorrow, it's looking likely that decisions will be next week. However, I hope they come sooner. Another week feels so far away.

I mainly said what I said because I called toward the end of last week and they told me that the committee had already reviewed everything. So I'm not sure that they are going to give anyone a straight answer. I'm just going to cross my fingers for a nice surprise, because I am hopeful for an early announcement.
 
the choose your medical school tool goes up tomorrow morning, wondering if an acceptance might show up there any sooner? if anybody checks tomorrow they should post

I called late last week too and they told me they would be finished with reviews by Feb 21st. Maybe they're trying to give themselves some wiggle room but my guess is it will be out starting next Monday.
 
did people who were accepted get an email/portal notification or a physical letter in the mail?
