2024-2025 Dell

The impossible has occurred. Received an II on the 30th despite an abysmal video secondary. The harvester was actually called while... while scoping the land and sowing the earth with "fertilizer."

Duty can call anytime for a harvester.
As a layer of foundations and fortresses, your words resonate with me, friend. Preoccupied with projects beyond mortal comprehension, I delivered a subpar performance for my video secondary.

And yet, the School of Dell graced itself with an invite to me. I trust that they felt your presence despite your performance. Perhaps mundane on the outside, but most definitely stellar from the inside.

My interview is concluded, and I return to my thankless tasks. Remember that once you harvest, the time will come to sow again for the greater good.

Dell has no buildings and requires people with strong masonry skills.

Does anyone have any info on students' opinions on the accelerated pre-clerkship curriculum? During my interview, they all seemed to think it was fine and enjoyed it so I didn't have any questions about it at the time, but looking at it now I worry that it might be too fast/intense. My main concern is that medical school will already be difficult, and condensing the pre-clinical phase down to a year will only make it harder.

Dell and Baylor curriculums are for people who are able to absorb a lot of information in a short amount of time and want to move onto other things with the additional time released to them. In theory it is not that different from UTSW and others who are trying to get to 3 semesters of coursework except they are condensing the third semester a bit and using summer to finish the coursework. Having three consecutive semesters of hardcore learning can be hard.

That's what I'm in the process of figuring out now. I loved the vibes of the students at Dell and the program as a whole, but the shortened curriculum is my only hangup so I wanted more information from current students or other applicants on their feelings about it.

I'm sure the students Dell selected for their panel are ones they felt would be proponents for their school, so that's a factor you have to keep in mind.

That's a good point I hadn't considered, thank you!

can anyone who's interviewed provide information about what time the interview day is? AM or PM?

They havent changed anything since precovid days except everything is virtual. Others who are virtual have broken up some presentations to other days.
They have you do an asynchronous MMI during that day, makes no sense why it can't just be done on your own time in my opinion

IS Pre-Match yesterday! LM 74.4, interviewed 10/24

Got the email in the middle of my McGovern preview day and had a freak attack outside the TMC library lol

Hi, I'm an MS1 at Dell now if you have questions and want to PM me!

Does Dell offer tours for admitted students or those who have interviewed?
