Just curious—what was the email subject line for Georgetown's decision release? I'm trying to prepare myself while waiting to hear back 🙃

Does anyone know if Georgetown accepts updated letters of recommendation from a physician or a supervisor? I was waitlisted and I'm definitely sending in a LOI but I was wondering if there's anything else I could do on my end that could help my chances of getting off the waitlist?

For those who were waitlisted and submitted a letter of intent, how long was your letter? Mine goes a little over a page and I'm not sure if I should make it more concise (despite the fact that their word count is literally 3000 haha)?

1.5 ish single spaced? right under 1000 words including a citation tho, kinda combined it w some updates so if it was just a LOI probably just over a page

any thoughts on when fin aid will come out? I would ideally like to know before making a decision, which seems 04/15.
from what I can tell, last year they released finaid shortly after the 4/15 deadline, like the week after. but my understanding is that georgetown doesn't give merit aid. I believe they may do a small amount of institutional need based aid but the majority of need based aid awarded still is in the form of federal loans through fafsa unfortunately

Last year was late for all schools due to the big delays in FAFSA. I emailed them in December and they said they begin reviewing financial aid apps "early-mid February", but obviously we haven't heard anything yet. I emailed them again yesterday asking when we should expect to get our packages, and will update with a response when I get one
