When are we expecting the next round of A off WL? Seems like they've been doing it every two weeks.

any thoughts on when fin aid will come out? I would ideally like to know before making a decision, which seems 04/15.

from what I can tell, last year they released finaid shortly after the 4/15 deadline, like the week after. but my understanding is that georgetown doesn't give merit aid. I believe they may do a small amount of institutional need based aid but the majority of need based aid awarded still is in the form of federal loans through fafsa unfortunately

Last year was late for all schools due to the big delays in FAFSA. I emailed them in December and they said they begin reviewing financial aid apps "early-mid February", but obviously we haven't heard anything yet. I emailed them again yesterday asking when we should expect to get our packages, and will update with a response when I get one

Has anyone had formatting issues when submitting their letter of interest under the Waitlist tab? When editing the formatting looks perfect, but as soon as I save it, it turns into one large block of text with no formatting between paragraphs. I've also tried using multiple browsers and re-typing the letter directly into the textbook with no luck. Any thoughts?

I think that it’s just the way it is tbh

Since we were all thinking it, does anyone know if gtown drug tests as part of pre-matriculation requirements and/or at any point during school?

A off waitlist. First A of the cycle 🥲 for whoever wondering how they should write the waitlist letter, here’s how I did. I actually did not write about any updates I had from the interview in my waitlist letter. I heard from ppl attending gtown rn that gtown wants students who really want to go to gtown lmao. So what I did was, I wrote how much I love about Cura Personalis and how that value completely aligns with my premed journey. I also wrote about my personal connection to gtown and DC. I did an internship in DC few years ago, and I heavily wrote about how I first made connections to gtown during the internship. Anyone still wondering how they should write waitlist letter, go super personal. I think gtown is a very special case where they LOVE personal letters. And I wrote two waitlist letters. One when I got waitlisted in February and one last month. I was planning to send one more soon lmao.

has anyone had issues seeing record of their update/intent letters once pressing submit. For some reason i can see and edit my first from initially being on waitlist but when i added one today to save and submit it just disappears after the page says its complete. Why are they doing different things </3
yes a few weeks ago, it wouldnt let me submit when I was on my hotspot but when I got home and did it it recorded

was waiting to hear back abou the sarah stewart scholarship, didnt get it lol. withdrawing, best of luck to everyone else!
