Will we start seeing people slowly coming off the waitlist due to people with more than 3 acceptances having to narrow their choices to 3 schools with the larger movement being seen after the April 30th commit to enroll date? Or will they wait until after the commit to enroll date to see any movement?

I see, best of luck <3 you got this future doc, WL movement happens rapidly thru the summer and I've heard of ppl who got off literally on the day of the white coat ceremony. Hopefully you will hear much earlier but do hang in there : ) best of luck!!

At Howard an alternate list position is basically an acceptance. Miss Willam-Fowlkes said so. A lot of people they accept end up withdrawing to go to schools closer/more convenient for them. She said last year 90% of students got off the wl. You should be good to go

I know 3yrs ago my friends boyfriend a graduate from Vanderbilt was WL at Howard and did not get in. He turned down Meharry took a gap year and got into Howard the next year. I want to ask him questions but they are not together. I wonder if you are WL and apply the next cycle, what is the process.

it’s probably a good idea to not even check anymore lol. all it’s gonna do is increase stress levels i think a silver lining is tho that this may suggest some WL movement
