I would say it depends on (a) if you already have an acceptance elsewhere and (b) if you really like the school. if this is your only interview and you love UKY, then i think it’s worth it to interview because you may get a high spot on the waitlist and earn an admission.
 
Anyone hear anything recently? Rejections, waitlist, anything? It's clear that UK is a bit delayed but my interview day told me we'd hear something early-mid February

My interviewer said the adcom meets every other Thursday. The last meeting was this past Thurs and the next meeting is on February 13th, so I was told to expect a decision on Friday February 14th. That might be what the interviewer meant but was more vague about it for some reason. If anybody has heard any different please correct me. Hope this helps

Early January. I declined consideration for the other campuses after they told me they filled their Lexington campus. Not sure if its worth attending if there's not a lot of waitlist movement for Lexington campus

Based on admit.org data, the last wave of decisions went out on Friday, 2/7, and Friday, 1/24 before that, and Friday, 1/10 before that. Not saying the interviewer was necessarily wrong about the meeting schedule, but decisions may be distributed on a different schedule. Empirically, it seems the next wave would be this Friday.

Someone just told me this, asking to confirm, does this school waitlist almost half of the interviewers, and accept the other half, with only a few percent of people being outright rejected?

That seems to be the trend of many schools.
