well i got zero campus preference emails so at least you got 2! haha
Hahaha. Well…I think it’s not a good email because it slowed down our apps

Campus preference is in the secondary right?
Yeah. I submitted it in mine so I’m not quite sure what’s up honestly. The initial email apologized “in case you feel like you selected a choice in the secondary” lol. Probably system error given the amount everyone has faced thus far with their portal

I haven't gotten any either. My portal is still in the application completed and has not been under review yet, so I am hoping for the campus preference email soon
this is the same for me. My fourth bar is blue and no preference email

Hmm so when I pick a campus, I saw only one option. I would like one campus but would like to consider for the other campuses. Is this auto-considered or you get only one campus pick?

They're having an issue with the campus preference selection, I received an email asking my campus preference recently despite having the option on the app. I also believe you can only choose a single campus and that is the only one you will be considered for, though I could have my wires crossed and be mistaken.

If you want another campus than what is displayed, that may be worth sending an email to adcoms. You can likely submit and they'll change it on the back end

I’ve been emailed multiple times about my campus preference with zero sign that they are receiving my replies 😔

Has anyone who was sent the school preference email(s) gotten word back that their response was received? I responded to both emails and haven’t heard back so I’m worried they aren’t getting my replies (especially because the second email was sent because I did not respond to the first one, even though I did). My campus preference has not changed in the portal either so nothing has happened yet.

I sent a couple of emails regarding issues with my application earlier this month, and they never replied. I called their Erie office, and they let me know that they had documented my campus preferences according to my email updates (I sent these emails on my own, they weren't replies to the campus preference email, because I actually never received that). You might need to call two or three times before reaching someone directly though!

I have left a voicemail :/ I will call again- thank you for the heads up

Instead of replying to the email asking for the campus preference, I wrote a completely separate new email to them and got a response within a few hours.

They said that they did receive my replies to the original email, it was an issue on their system end.

Did this and it worked! Response within 30 minutes. Very professional and friendly adcom 🙂

Does anyone know how long it takes for LECOM to respond with a decision after your interview is completed?

pretty sure it can be from 1-2 months depending on how fast they are going through them. question for you, when did you submit your secondary? and do you mind sharing stats?

Does anyone know if Bradenton interviews you, is there a chance Erie/Elmira will also interview you? Has anyone interviewed with both?

Thanks, good to know! Also - LM 70, submitted secondary for Erie on 6/22/24.

I'm not sure, but I hope Bradenton will interview me despite already completing my interview with Erie, because Bradenton is close to home for me

From what I understand, you are able to choose a specific location after the virtual interview. That's what they said is the case for Erie/Elmira. I just completed my interview for Elmira yesterday, although there was no prompt to change my campus choice. Maybe you could email admissions? They seem very nice from what I've seen at the information session for Elmira.

Interviewed yesterday, got an email today for “on-campus day event”. Is this mandatory? If not I’m aware it’s for sure good to go but just wondering if this has to be attended for an acceptance to be handed out.

What are some questions you got?

There are two replies in this thread that are super helpful. I went recording myself answering similar q’s like 20mins before. The only hard part of the virtual format is I repeated myself a bit and had no idea how bad I was yapping b/c I’m just talking to a screen. Also have a good understanding of Erie’s different learning pathways and tracks.

I should say just insert Erie into where the comments say Bradenton

Thanks excellent advice in thread. What is this on-campus day? Is this as significant as main 5 question interview?
The first one available for me to sign up for was September 6. Reading threads of past years it seemed like the on-campus day was a required event for an acceptance so maybe they changed it up.

From what I heard at the information session, they were heavily implying that you should go, but said they could make their decision without it
Yeah I mean I am willing to go if it gives me a boost 😛 . But at least do want to be ready for if it just a pure info session or an interview. Read some diff reddit threads where some people say no and other people yes.

is anyone else still stuck on "application complete"?
I am too. It says, "Your application and checklist items have been submitted. You are waiting to be reviewed." We just gotta be patient and hope for an interview soon

yup 3 green bars and blue on the 4th, was thinking about emailing them next week, since it will be almost 1 1/2 months since i was completed LM 65

same and I also had two emails from admissions asking about campus preference but then no response :/ submitted 6/25, LM 66

I am a little confused about this interview process and would love if someone can clarify.

So, I will complete the asynchronous interview (<30 mins) and have signed up for the optional Zoom session for "tips." What is this optional session like? Is this the "group interview" that LECOM has done in previous years? It doesn't seem that important since they say it is optional even though I plan on attending. Are there group interviews at all this year? Seems like at this point, the only thing they are evaluating is my asynchronous 30 min video.

Also, when I signed up for the optional session the confirmation said "LECOM Erie DO Interview" which seems like a misleading title.

I thought the title was misleading as well. I had mine this week, and in it they told us that the deadline for our interview was actually earlier than what the email said.
They explained the different pathways and answered questions during it as well.

No idea if they use it to evaluate candidates as well, I hope not. I did my asynchronous yesterday, definitely not my strong suit.

thank you for your response! glad to be in the same boat as you. best of luck this cycle 🙂

For those who participated in the optional tips for interview session: how formal was it, do I need to dress professionally? how many students were there? was it super interactive/should I prepare questions? or more of a webinar/informational style?

anyone else have "pathway selection" in their portal now and then get an error when trying to submit it?

Most people were wearing business formal, though not all. I'd say about half had their camera off the entire time. There was time to ask questions, but you won't have time to ask a bunch, more like one or two, since other people are asking questions too.

Has anyone applying APAP received an interview invite, either online asynchronous or one with the APAP director? I was in touch with the Seton Hill office early on in the application process but have not heard anything since I submitted the secondary on 06/30. I emailed the APAP coordinator email when I submitted my primary but never heard back directly. Wondering if its worth reaching out to the APAP coordinator again vs sitting tight if no one else has heard anything. AIS 126.

Does anyone have any insight as to which campus I should choose for my second preference? Erie is my #1, but I'm not sure what to assign as my #2 between Seton Hill and Elmira. Does anyone have any info on the board scores and rotations at these two campuses?

For those of you who have already completed the virtual interview on Vidcruiter: I've heard from some people that it is MMI scenario-type questions but others have said it's more general such as Why LECOM?/Why DO? etc. Can anyone confirm? Just want to know how to best prepare for this.

I don’t remember answering MMI questions. For me, it was more why LECOM, why osteopathic medicine type questions.

How important do you think the Information Tips session is? (Well it for Senton Hill campus). I completely forget about it and had to cancel as I wasn't able to make it.
I know it was optional so hopefully no matter
